I don't believe the "only messages exist" would be very useful nor efficient. I agree file systems are very bloated with few features brought to the table though, non hierarchical would be interesting.

The filesystem shit is a no-brainer but no major OS vendor wants to do it. A ton of software exists to get around the lack of a proper database in the filesystem.

The overall opinion of the piece, that desktop operating systems are all shit and bloated with legacy bullshit, seems really true, though. I'd love an OS redesigned from scratch without all the bullshit bogging it down, and that includes a ton of shit legacy software, both free and proprietary. Both POSIX and Windows are such a fucking bummer.

Literally biggest AMD advocates out there taking the torch straight from Tek Syndicate's cold, dead hands. One of their guys is literally a Pajeet and just like with Logan from Tek their results of AMD benches somehow turn out to be 20% better than my real life results (I had this issue with both 280x and RX 480).
