Where can I check if something has ever been pirated/cracked on the internet?

If you're not a pedophile or terrorist you're fine.

Just remember, however large a "Google" is, that number is still not infinity!
>>62040603
It's not illegal yet to not use what google disingenuously terms a "product". Give trump a few months.
Question. how shitty are modern Atoms compared to older higher end CPUs, and are they better or worse than those older CPUs at certain things only?
I've been conditioned to automatically shit on anything that has an Atom in it, but are modern ones that bad? For example, is a 2016/2017 Atom that much shittier than a Core i5 from like 2012?
Bay Trail and beyond are decent but usually paired with shitty components (emmc, WiFi etc) that doesn't help their reputation
I can only speak to the newer Celerons being passable.
You can make a lot of the comparisons through Intel ARK. The numbers should speak for themselves. My gut feeling is that they're still garbage though.

>For example, is a 2016/2017 Atom that much shittier than a Core i5 from like 2012?
It is about 350% faster. On the other hand, it uses 2 watts while the i5 uses 95 watts.
Even modern atoms are barely enough for casual webshitting.
How does one get into programming? I need a no bullshit answer, tired of being a NEET.
As in the career? Look into reputable coding bootcamps in the area. Might have to scrounge up the money but the best ones are those which regularly place their students as junior developers in 16-20 weeks.

Start with some programming games.

My parents wanted me to work and make money instead of getting degree's to compete with the current millenial generation.
So i ended up working for shitty companies, shitty jobs, shitty wages for 6 years (18-25).
I always was a nerd, so i learned programming by myself since i was a kid, when i took it seriously i started writting "complex" software like blogs/dynamic websites with databases written with cgi languages like PHP, back then there where no engines or frameworks to do that...
After 6 years i got the opportunity from a friend of mine who was working on a small IT company.
I started working there 20h / week, adapting photoshop designs to html css ie6 compatible websites (fuck ie6..) so the webdev field...
From there, i took it seriously so i ended programming backend code, Api's, frontend, mobile apps, unity games.
TLDR
If you want to get into programming, learn to program, do something, make sure you fit on this field and you like it... but make sure you have some friend to help you out or be ready to blow a lot of dicks because you will compete with A LOT of millenials normies with a cs degree and master because his parents predicted the IT field bubble.
I wanted to build a bot to help me buy supreme, but recently they implemented a captcha on the website.Where can I learn to code to bypass it, or if you have any helpful suggestions that would be very appreciated.

I don't know if they could do it with the speed he needs.
What is /g/'s opinion about the google WiFi router. It doesn't split the said for 2.4ghz and 5ghz. There isn't any custom firmware to my knowledge.
I can get a set of 3 for $197 from eBay.
House wifi coverage is fine, but Netflix rates itself at 33mbps. I have 900mbps service. (Can speed test at land at 800-900mbps) So it won't switch to 4k mode at all.
Is this something I should get?

Is Octave a sufficient alternative to MATLAB? I heard more advanced programming with MATLAB can't be done with Octave, but as far as basic use (intro to comp tools for egineering) can you manage with it? I'm a broke college student who atm cannot afford to pay for MATLAB. Advice? Inb4

>>62039490
>Is Octave a sufficient alternative to MATLAB?
Yes
>I heard more advanced programming with MATLAB can't be done with Octave
Octave is a drop-in replacement for all but the most advanced MATLAB, but still has equivalent structures and functions for more advanced programming. It just isn't drop-in.
>as far as basic use (intro to comp tools for egineering) can you manage with it?
Anything you're going to be doing in an introductory college course will be exactly same in MATLAB or Octave. You can write your shit in one and it will almost definitely run without any modifications on the other.
You could have found all this out with some basic research
>>62039490
No it's shit. Just pirate MATLAB
So I am building a new pc and everything works except my GPU
When I open my bios and look at the overview it says nothing is in the pcie spot
What can I do to detect if my pcie slot is dead or if it's my GPU
I think it's my GPU but want to be sure

Plug your dick into it and see if it shorts out.
>>62039206
Decent GPUs require extra power to function properly. Did you plug the PCIe cables from the PSU into the card?
>>62039379
Yes I did
