Used to use Foobar2k for a really long time but I eventually switched to using Spotify. I worked really hard on a nice config for it too, but in the end the justification for Spotify is that it's cheap and it's convenient. Spotify's catalogue pretty much has everything recently released that's remotely popular. The only music you probably wouldn't be able to find is stuff for "muh /mu/ cred".
Also, Youtube playlists in fb2k, fucking why?

Both the gpus are utter crap if you wanna do some gaming with good quality.
For the price aim for newer cpus, at least 8Gb of DDR4 Ram.
