If firefox focus allowed whitelisting or selective deletion so I didn't have to fucking disable ads and change the theme on ddg every time I reset the browser, supported tabs a la lightning where you can swipe from left or right to view open tabs rather than firefox proper's horrendous tab manager, and incorporated save file as option, it would literally be the perfect mobile browser for me.

What would /g/ want to make it theirs?

Is it feasible for Google to create an algorithm capable of analyzing third party sites that hurt their brand and automatically: block them out of their search indexing, cut off their monetization, and disable connections from devices running Google software?

I’ll head back, but don’t complain when you realize you don’t have enough money for new tech.

So the new Fedora has been out for months. Is it safe to upgrade to the new one without doing a fresh install?

I've done so

The upgrade process ran pretty smooth on my machine. Haven't heard of anyone having any hiccups either.

Search for the move function, that allows you to move the screen sideways or up and down to accomodate for resolution miscalibrations

I need to connect my new TV to my old surround sound system.

On the TV i have headphone out and optical audio out.

On the old speaker system I only have RCA in.

I was looking at pic related to convert the digital signal to analog, however will this give me surround sound (or at least psuedo-surround or only two channel audio?

Any other suggestions besides buying a new sound system? My old speakers are still producing great sound.

Also, my PC, Xbox etc is connected to the TV via HDMI, will the HDMI ARC transfer 5.1 signal from these outputs, through the TV and into the digital/analog adapter and finally into my speaker system? Or will I have to plug my PC optical into directly into the system?

Get a new speaker system
>>
you can buy a 3.5 mm jack to cinch cable for stereo. if you want more channels first check how many channels the TV sends over optical out.

I want to see how many times per second my computer can produce a left click (as in the input from a mouse) My programming experience is very limited and my first thought would be to produce an input upon each tick of a timer, is there a better way?

Install xdotool and run
time xdotool click --repeat 1000000 --delay 0 1
then just take 1000000 divided by the value of "real" to get the clicks per second. Keep the cursor inside the terminal emulator because it if actually clicks a button or something it might cause the application containing the button to completely shit itself from receiving so much input.
