Hey /g/ my mouse just fell apart, a microsoft wireless 4000 I had for 3 years. Realized just now that I need a bigger one, my hands are 27cm, no wonder I do the claw and my hand cramps.
I've checked the recommended ones by /g/ but I need a wireless one, preferably with 6 buttons without being riced. I do a lot of design, UX and videogames. Suggestions?

Eurotrash. GTFO my 4chan. Go find a chan for Eurotards.
Name one (1) reason i shouldn't choose elementaryOS as my new GNU/Linux distro
>inb4 install gentoo
Fuck off, it's a meme
>>58816817
No thanks
I will not enslave myself to proprietary software
Also i'm poor but the main reason for choosing GNU/Linux is that it respects my freedom
>>58816806
Because it's a Ubuntu knockoff with an unpaid maintenance team. The real question is why you would ever choose this abomination over Debian.

Show me your FizzBuzz, /g/.
Lua:for i = 1, 100, 1 do
if i % 3 == 0 then
if i % 5 == 0 then
print("Fizzbuzz")
else
print("Fizz")
end
else
if i % 5 == 0 then
print("Buzz")
end
end
end
C:int main() {
char* t[4];
t[0] = "";
t[1] = "Fizz\n";
t[2] = "Buzz\n";
t[3] = "FizzBuzz\n";
int i;
for (i = 1; i <= 100; i++) {
printf("%s", t[(i % 3 == 0) + (i % 5 == 0) * 2]);
}
return 0;
}
>>58816443
But anon, you've just failed FizzBuzz, twice. You're supposed to print the number if none of the conditions hold.
This is one of the major reasons a lot of people fail this stupid test: they simply cannot be bothered to read a fucking sentence from start to finish.
>>58816443
Now now where's the rest of it
>>58816771
Reading comprehension is part of the test. These tests can be intentionally worded to be difficult to understand specifically to test for this ability.
What are you working on, /g/?

So I've recently had to switch from Netbeans from IntelliJ IDEA (long story...) and is there anything to make the migration a lot easier?

Sorry I'm idiot, IntelliJ -> NetBeans

Try to find the plugins you used in NB that are supported by Idea
Learn XAML on the WPF. It's fucking amazing. You will hate your fucking life to learn the basics, you will want to kill yourself to learn the intermediates but then you will find enlightnement.
To be honest, the world needed that language. The programming world was too easy. We were too much into the PHPs and the Perls and the Pythons and the HTMLs.
Bring back the languages that burn your brain to learn them for the first time. C pointers, Assembler code, fucking XAML.

Good touchpad vs mediocre touchpad + touch screen
Basically macbook vs cheapo windows netbook.
Which would you prefer for a laptop and why?
>>58815843
You get what you pay for. Bang for buck is just excuse of poor. You will never have equally good experience with some cheap Thinkpad.
>>58815843
por que no los dos?
I prefer the Macbook Pro. Touch is a meme. The touchbar is a meme as well. Get the 2016 model without a touchbar.
Don't get the 2015 model brand new, get it used if you want it. 1500 dollars for a haswell is too much.

Imagine this scenario:
You are a foreign spy operating in a the USA.
HQ is only able to send you money and otp booklets.
You are only allowed to use widely available civilian technology for communication etc.
How do you communicate with hq and fellow spies without being detected?
pic kinda related
>>58815447
I start breeding pigeons. It is the only free as in freedom non botnet way of communication.
>>58815447
Tor.
What's stopping you from connecting to tor?
Tor is literally FOR spies.

If the power requirements have been reduced like they claim then this is actually an interesting development. I'm just going to assume they're lying though.
