With a right join you filter out jews, with a left one you join or you die.

Basically the higher your frame rate is the lower input latency should be. However changing pre-rendered frames to 1 causes the frame rate to drop as there are less buffered frames. So in this scenario is there any benefit of running 60 FPS with pre-rendered frames 1 over 120 FPS with pre-rendered frames 3?

Flashing a ROM has become retardproof these days, so that shouldn't be a problem. I'd try stock for a bit tho, if that's enough for you and don't want a close to AOSP experience then there's no need to go into custom ROMs. Not sure how the home button works on the stock ROM, but on CM and probably also Lineage you can change the behavior of the buttons.

After more research and asking across other boards and such, I've found out that the whole of Europe and the UK are under the same region, the only difference would be the power, but it's a rechargable lithium so it should be fine

What's your point? Desktop hardware is going to be cheaper than laptop hardware.

I travel every few months to countries with different electric standards and bringing along those even a mITX setup with peripherals and transformers/outlet adapters isn't practical at all in frequent international travel.

A similar spec Dell XPS 15 would have cost me over $2,000(burger bux), so it's not like we're talking current model year Apple price gouging, which nobody will argue isn't real.
