"Interrupts" isn't a process. That's just a count of interrupts handled by the process. You have something that is generating a lot of hardware interrupts.

Check with any DPC latency software what driver/device is causing it. LatencyMon, for example.

I could go higher in frequency too, but timings get looser.
Which is more important?
I don't have an iGPU so it shouldn't affect that.
