hi im a filthy college student in 2nd year, i applied a bunch of companies for summer intern this year.

some returned me with a project to qualify for my intern request to.

one is asking for a extension for redmine system(which supposedly keeps tracking of employees).They want me to design a clickable (overview,issues,) menu and time_entry and things.users will able to click and see their and other peoples time spending and such.

other is asking to implement a Adress Book with Netframework 4.5,mvc5,SQL Server 2012+ and razor 5. they want public ui and admin for changes,employes have names,nums,with two interface etc.

thing is i have no knowledge of web systems or applications.

i know C,C++,Python,C#(bit),Java(a little bit some conversions from C++),html(beginner bit),unity,assembly systems.

i have no knowledge of Object C,JavaScript,or net systems

so which company is looking better? (from what they asked?, also which is easier to do? remind me that i have 0 knowledge of Web systems or databases and i have to implement these systems in a such short period like 1 week (i have to learn that specific language or what in that time too)

I have been to two universities. One taught us basic programming on Turbo C, an the other one taught us assembly on TASM. These shits were already obsolete in the 90s; I remember that Turbo C even used conio.h instead of stdio.h because C still wasn't standardized back then. What is the reason for using this stuff in education in the current year? I can't think of any advantage.

Because it makes it easier to connect my laptop to an external monitor, charger, ethernet, mouse, and robot than plugging 5 cables into it. I just put it down on its little platform and I'm good to go, and when I go home I press a button to release it and it's out.
