is this, dare I say, another /dumb fucking ass pol meme/ that needs to die or at least gets you an auto ban?
the question was of course theoretical
hey /g/... I got a spooky problem.
I'm only posting this on /g/ because I couldn't find anything after a bit of googling so maybe one of you would know.
So my hard drive had lost a lot of space very rapidly in the last month or so and I was like "meh," figured it might be a virus or something but I just shrugged it off as downloading to many games on steam. So recently the last 44 gigs i had left filled up and I'm left with 1 gig. So I decided I would get to the bottom of this tonight. I downloaded winderstat and I found the source. There were around 20 3.8 gig mp4 files of my desktop. It was when I just left on during the night.
Nothing was happening during that time, I was probably asleep. Thing is, the folder that these videos are in the folder where I stored some videos that I made to put on youtube. I'm thinking of all the programs I could have accidentally ran like shadowplay or obs but I haven't even touched those in months. I don't think a virus would have stored videos on my hdd.
Maybe this is a problem for /x/...
fuck, i was looking some more and there is some videos of the same size when I was playing some games. This is fucking freaking me out.

Should I install Arch or Gentoo? I've been using Windows 7 for 8 years and want to change.

Neither, install Souls

Arch, Gentoo is a meme for people that want to compile everything and don't value time.
What is the best case/cover on the market right now?
tech21. Also acceptable are OtterBox, and Speck (shitty people with a decent product)
Don't buy one, it makes you look autistic.

Even if encoding method were kept the same, the electronics have to keep up with 4x the data flow, which the drives likely weren't equipped to do.
how can I keep up with the channels I like, without a youtube account/subscriptions?

Fuck this shit, I love my music and this happens at the worst financial moment possible

Cool story, normie...

this. this is why you use a dedicated music player.
So now that ryzen has dropped with more budget friendly option coming up any chance the FX lineup will get a price drop?
Such a thing could make for some seriously nice budget/poorfag builds.
>>59474559
>nice budget/poorfag builds.
the pentium g4560 already exists.
the fx cpus have been irrelevant since their release.
and also, you can also buy used i5/i7 processors that are miles better than any fx cpu.
t. actual fx ex-owner.

THIS THIS THIS.
Buying a FX 8320 was honestly my biggest mistake. I had a I3 3240 and I for SOME reason thought the 8320 would be better. NOOOOPE single biggest mistake. Glad I'm back on team blue with the I7 6700k

WTF? its just a fucking dollar or the equivalent in other places.
I see other people making like $10,000 off this area in just a month or two.
People are fucking shitty.

I do not have my graphics card supported by Ubuntu.
Does that mean my laptop's CPU overworked because it has to do extra work of graphics card?
I do not play games but still my CPU usage hovers around 20%. Is it because of the unsupported graphics card?
Is graphics card necessary to render things like a DE?
I know that this will not blow up but one correct answer is enough for me.

This is unfair representation; the memory bugs on the uefi seem to be a manipulated thing. One manufacturer apparently said that they were too preoccupied with releasing their other products (primarily Intel-based boards) than the release; and were only ever bothered to do the release. It's like these manufacturers are slacking off intentionally.

hey /g/
I'm trying to make a batch file to kill all running adobe processes, however despite writing down the correct exe name i'm getting some 'not found' errors.
adobe and it's background processes are aids and I don't want to dick around in task manager and close each process manually every time I've finished using photoshop.
I'm not too good at computers and I know /g/ is not my personal tech support, but I know alot of you guys here know what you're talking about and I value your advice.. What can I do to get my adobe killing batch file working?
I added /f to each line which helped kill a few more processes. But there's still a bunch which will come up as 'not found' despite them running in the background, showing up in task manager.
>>59474261
You need quotes around the names of processes with spaces. Also, yes /F flag is good too.
TASKKILL /F /IM "Adobe Desktop Service.exe"
You might wanna try /T as well
