Holy shit I just went to install windows 7 over my windows 10 installation cause I'm done with that shit and it couldn't be done cause hp has their own versions of windows installers just for their hardware and you can order it from them if your warranty isn't expired but mine is so I'm stuck with windows 10 permanently. So uh I guess they do this so you have to buy a whole new machine. Yes I use linux primarily and this is why

So I thought to myself, why wouldn't I install w10 and see how is it.
But it's shit.
Occasionally using 99% of disk for random malicious scans (oh the irony)
Downloading updates whenever it wants (no option to schedule it for like 3am)
Fucking garbage...
Will have to replace hdd with ssd most likely or downgrade to w7...

How can a desktop environment be so retarded like gnome? Why do i need to press the menu button/ move cursor to corner of screen every time i switch or want to manage programs? This is beyond retardation. Also, it took gnome devs 6 years to make a desktop that isn't even usable without 2-3 extensions.

Probably not even 100-200MHz.

Seems like your ram is some of the worst trash available. The timings are trash for 2666mhz. That's what you get for saving money in the wrong place. I got myself 2133 13-13-13 ram and OC'd it to 3000 15-16-16.
I'd still try to go for 3000 with very relaxed timings if you can.
