Rotational velocidensity affects all audio files encoded with lossy compression. These include mp3, aac, and ogg.
The most notable effect of rotational velocidensity is the loss of bitrate in files. A lossy audio file will lose an average of 12kbps a year. But, this can vary greatly depending on the type of storage media used.
Examples:
SATA HDD: ~12kbps
IDE HDD: ~15kbps
SCSI HDD: ~7kbps
DVD: ~16kbps
CD-R/RW: >21kbps
This can be overcome by compressing audio using lossless formats such as FLAC, APE, or TTA. These formats are designed to never lose quality over time, and will sound the same right now as they will in 10 years.
I store my mp3s on my NAS which is cooled to 5 degrees celcius. Keeps my mp3s fresh like a motherfucker.

Could I use one of these to connect 1 keyboard to 2 computers?
i imagine yes, but you'll send key strokes to both of the computers, so you're fucked out of CTRL+W and similar shortcuts
No. I think no. The USB is master-slave system and slave keyboard cannot have two masters, this would mix up packets and system for both. One master can have two keyboards though.

What can you tell me about the RX 470? I'm looking to build a budget build for a friend and most people consider the RX 470 as the best budget card out there right now.
However I'm watching some benchmarks where it is compared to the GTX 1060 and the results are very inconsistent. Sometimes it's better than the GTX 1060 and then suddenly another title comes along and it's 50% slower. There's also bigger drops in performance whenever action is happening on screen.
Is this exclusive to AAA titles gimped by producers or does this happen more often?
>>59635301
With lower budgets where the bad nvidia price/performance really hurts, it's an easy choice to go with AMD. I don't know where you're located, but a 470 is a lot more affordable than a 1060 and offers less performance, but better performance per money spent.
That said, if you CAN afford a 1060 6GB, it's a great card, you probably won't regret it, and a non-/g/ friend definitely won't because nvidia has slightly better drivers and software support in general.

Europe. Over here AMD isn't as piss cheap as in the states.
I would love to buy this but 600$ for a such spec sound like way too much.

>>59635267
That is more than the backing price, yes. I bought in but I'm still wary that I'll get what they've promised. Also their fake renders were complete shit, I'm somewhat comforted by their prototype demos.
>>59635267
You should be more worried about build quality and nonexistent support.

Can you guys (or those of you that work in a developer job) greentext a typical day at work?
I want to start a career as a developer but I want to get a better understanding of what is means in reality and what I can expect (ofc this isn't my only source here)

I haven't gone to college and I've never read a programming book. All I do is create the illusion of being a supergeek and I copy/paste shit from StackOverflow and other sites and deliver to clients and they think I'm a genius.
I'm literally the worst programmer and clients can't tell the difference between me and an Engineer.
How does it feel knowing that I have no student debt or even the competency to do the job I've been hired to do and still earn $100K a year?
