I don't know much about mini-PCs or NUCs or even PC sticks, however I'm looking to hook up a media center to my smart TV so I can stream torrents through something like Popcorn Time on MPC-HC, via HDMI.
I'd like to know what would be powerful enough to get the job done? I've been looking on Aliexpress at mini PCs as both online shopping and computing stores in my country are a meme. Any help would be appreciated.

what is the best way to study? I'm taking the exam in 30 days or so. I've been studying for about 6 months using the recommended cisco book but it's too big to go through the whole thing to review.
Also I popped the CD that came with the book in for the first time and realized this might not be the best resource since nothing on the CD works. Pic related

Why not just run a VPN on your own server (let's say an EC2 instance)?

Compared to C? No.
Compared to C++? More or less.
Both C and C++ have native unicode capability though. C++ has more compiler support than C.
Rust makes it default however, so if Unicode is a top priority, you should just use rust.

Im in the market for building a new rig, currently using one i built back in 2010. I thought I could simply buy a gpu to increase my frames in games so i bought an rx470 and found my performance in games is still shit. So, now that I am about to build a new pc, i was wondering if it would be worth it running a second 470 in crossfire versus selling it on ebay and getting a 1070, which would undoubtedly lose me money. I was also wondering what specifications I should look for in a motherboard, or what makes one better than another. Im trying to maximize performance so I don't want to spend where its not needed.
