Hello /g/, I am working with a small budget of just 550$ or so, and I am new to building desktops. Can someone please help me a get a list of compatible parts, as well as a tutorial that has helped them build a similar gaming pc in the past.

Ubuntu cannot detect a simple VGA Monitor edition -
I chose ubuntu because of my limited knowledge about linux.
Now I have installed several different graphic drivers for my ThinkPad W530 and done a lot of stuff I found on forums, but it still simply does not detect the plugged-in, turned-on working vga display.
Any ideas how I can fix that without having to learn how Xserver works?
tl,dr: xandr does not detect VGA monitor

It's been 5 months since Adobe CC 2017 was released, yet there still isn't a working crack.
Adobe also has been selectively rolling out updates to AAM to reactivate license validation on cracked CC 2015 and 2016 installs and disabling pirated copies.
Did Adobe finally defeat piracy?

I don't exclusively listen to weeb music, but I do listen to a lot of it.
The fear of this exact thing happening makes me triple check every time I listen to something off my phone or computer, especially when using bluetooth headphones.

Looking for an Android tablet that I can root easily and is nice for under $200. What do you recommend? I bought a Zenpad S8 off Amazon but it didn't have lollipop like the description said, and there's no root for marshmallow on this tablet.
I liked the specs on that one for under $200 but I can't root.
