Personally last time I shopped GPU I looked at which GPUs reached the performance I require. Then I sorted that list after bang/buck and made a decision.
But since the top scorers on a list like this will usually be lower specced cards, you may want to shave off the top.

I've done this with Avidemux many-a-time. Just load the file. Go into audio and select only the english audio track. Then on left side of the main menu select copy for both video and audio and select the correct muxer for whatever type of file you have. The whole process takes like 2 minutes tops.

Yeah that's what I figured too for CCleaner, it does'nt really do anything except for whatsapp useless shit and picture caches. Maybe it can be used with SD maid as a complementary tool ?
