With the recent release of the NSA tools what is the best way to secure your windows device during the easter break. While still being able to use said device?
doesn't effect w10 who cares

Update to Windows 10(tm), the most secure Windows yet.

thanks for the malware tard
I'm am now the owner of an extremely offensive domain name, in fact if an actual Frenchman bought the demain he would be infront if a court. Being Australian such laws don't apply to me
Is there anyway to capitalise on this?
You can start writing all kinds of stuff to insult jews. Then at the bottom of every page, include a little sentence saying the site is for sale. Ask for a ridiculous amount of money and don't sell for at least 5 years. Keep getting more and more offensive as time goes on.
Don't bother offending niggers. No nignog organization will have the money to buy it. And you can expect a lot of cyber attacks from JIDF and others supporting Israel, zionism, and jews in general.

which domain name? make a wiki such as installgentoo but for /pol/

https://gigaom.com/2014/04/08/the-rise-of-mobile-apps-and-the-decline-of-the-open-web-a-threat-or-an-over-reaction/
https://www.wired.com/2010/08/ff_webrip/
Usage of the world wide web is declining. What does /g/ think: good or bad?
Fewer normies but less innovation.
dude this is literally just expansion of video usage.
I bet if you gave this in absolute terms web would still be growing.
>>59902951
But so many more people use apps for things now than the web. I see what you mean, but surely app usage is increasing far more than web usage
Steve Ballmer was right. The reason there are so many apps is because mobile phones can't do internet properly.
Does /g/ have any advice on what monitor one would purchase if they were looking for rich colors? I'm currently using an Acer G276HL, and since I've had it I have had the color saturation turned up by 60% in AMD software. The software no longer has the option though, and it looks like shit without it- almost grayscale. I've seen cheapass (~$150) TVs that have beautiful color and really deep blacks, yet every computer monitor I have ever used has looked really washed out and faded. Is it possible to find one (preferably one that isn't extremely expensive) with good color?
Only one bump.
Surely there's some other program that can change the saturation?
>>59903148
Could be, but another reason I'm looking for a replacement is because I have consoles I occasionally use with it as well- another program would solve the problem only in one place.
What would be the most current and least resource-heavy browser for a 10 year old laptop with XP? The user is very used to the setup (and fairly old too), so I don't want to change the OS and the laptop either.
K-meleon maybe?
FF 10ESR works like a charm on those. Addon support is a problem so you have to block ads from the hosts file.

I need a laptop for university, don't know what CPU is needed these days. I really just need it to run YouTube, Facebook and other normieshit. I'd also like it to run normie games like Sims 4.
What CPU is good enough for this?
i5 Skylake with GTX 940M

Any Chromebook or Atom netbook does what you wrote.
Is it possible to write programs without a programming language? From what I've seen, you can do exact same task with different programming languages so I imagine that these programming languages are just a communication medium between the developer and inner system. So is it possible to not use programming languages? If yes, how would you write a program without a language?
Yeah, machine code.
>>59902046
>>59902046
So how safe is it? There are threads here that shits on C languages' lack of security. If this thing directly talks to the metal, how does someone secure this kind of code?
>>59902098
>how does someone secure this kind of code?
very carefully
Are used Thinkpads compromised?

I can understand it, when it's a major version release with tons of changes. But for instance CCleaner does this shit on weekly basis, with every minor bugfix
In /csg/, we discuss the cheap shit you see on Gearbest, Taobao, AliExpress, Banggood, eBay and similar sites.

I want to become like Elon Musk. But I have Arts major(Wasn't my choice).
I never programmed in my life.
What is the best bet I can make now?
>>59901259
What sort of Arts? Most should involve programming, since software is such a major part of many works today.
>>59901282
Sociology .
We had statistics classes but it didn't involve programming like C/C++/Java just excel.
Read a lot, study everything you want to know about and be a businessman because that's what he is.
To get rich, with inventions, you have to provide a solution for a need. Can be the most retarded shit as long as it's relevant. Then, once you're rich invest in tech and sciency stuff I guess
