I've been on AB 2 years but barely dl'd shit. Do I have a path to BTN or am I fugged.
Main reason I want to get into a TV/Movie tracker is because I want to download some old shows I cannot find good releases for on public trackers, is it worth it?
'Sup, /g/uardians. What is a viable upgrade for my i5 4690k? I don't want to spend alot of money and I don't alot about processors.
>>59969711
*know
Probably nothing if you don't use it for anything more demanding than games. You'd have to buy a new motherboard and DDR4 RAM, and any other chip you could get would not be all that much better.
>>59969711
i7 6950x is the best way to go
All we need now is a viable one for Linux itself.

How hard can it be to properly replicate windows?!
I mean, I have no idea why you'd want that either, but all these "windows themes" just look off.
>/g/ thinks its still 2014 when you mention KDE Plasma to them
>>59969558
Not really, it far worse now in 2024
>>59969558
>/g/ thinks its still 2017 when you mention KDE Plasma to them

Is Red Hat Linux 7 worth the 49 bucks?
>>59969416
Only if you know what you are going to do with it, sure.
>>59969416
People don't use Linux for free, why would you even consider paying for that shit?
>>59969416
Just install CentOS 7 for free, literally the exact same thing
So I have a 500R Carbide Series case and the I/O port got fucked.
>One of the USB port stopped functioning
>The audio jack's metal component fell off
These are the two problems of it and it's pretty difficult to fix it so I'm thinking of getting the panel replaced.
Problem is 500R port is out of stock, both in amazon and in walmart. (I've checked the sites)
But there's the 400R port in Amazon.
https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Carbide-400R-Case-Replacement/dp/B00TUVJIKI/ref=sr_1_4?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1492599779&sr=1-4&keywords=Corsair+Carbide+400R
If I buy this, will it work /g/? Pls help.
I meant to say will 400r port work with 500r case?
/g/ pls.

Looks like something a Razerfag would think looks good
Is cock.li legit I need to use it.
I prefer the nigge.rs domain, but yeah its a quick and useful throwaway/meme mail service.
It's been sold out to a private company, it can't be trusted.
Good for throwaway shit though.

Is this true it literally says it's run by some guy not a business
Guys, I've been looking for a decent laptop and can't decide between 2 models:

https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/MSI/GE72VR_Apache_Pro/
Basically one has better CPU and another one goes with better GPU. Idk what to buy :c
>>59969342
It's not about games though :^ )
ayylmaoware 13 is the best choice
r3 if you're a richfag and don't mind a heavier one
r2 for cheaper (since it's a year old) and lighter
How would you rate the various Bulldozer based CPUs and architectures?
First there was the architectures: Bulldozer, Piledriver, Steamroller, and Excavator.
Then there were the APUs based on the Bulldozer family: Trinity, Richland, Kaveri and Bristol Ridge.
Well /g/? How will you eulogize Bulldozer?
220w garbage
>>59969401
S-stop bullying Bulldozer!!! He's d-dead, alright!?
>>59969285
Fuck bulldozer and all of its offsprings.

>Project Fi bills you extra if you go over your data limit - $10 per extra gigabyte.
>Project Fi pays you back for the data you don't use, if you don't go over the limit.
OK, so Project Fi is basically pay-as-you-go. Why don't they just market it that way?
>>59969128
because pays-you-back sounds better to normies
>>59969128
>$10 per gigabyte.
what the fuck is project fi and why would someone ever want to use that overpriced piece of shit
>>59969274
I use it because it's stupidly cheap if you don't use much data. Me and my fiancee pay $55 a month for the two of us, including taxes and fees, and get perfect service / reception / speed / customer service
