When I'm downloading Mega links via the web, Firefox slows down and becomes un-useable, and I can't watch streaming video. Is there a way to throttle mega downloads?

I am using OSX, and I used the nettop command in the terminal. It looks like they use port 80? ...

Donated to some videogame iPad app last year. Dev gets into my network right after. 6 months later starts streaming for everyone.
I watch twitch, people insulting me on twitch chat.
Watch any streamer, they talk about trees.
Getting redirected to random pages.
Google resutls change.
iOs is now a custom build.
All my and my family info stolen.
He can say whatever he wanta and people will believe him.
I want to stream to talk to the people and I cant because im getting blocked.
Author of the attack wont reply. Wont even tell me why did he do this to begin with.
Cant go out because I gt anxious thinking about what is these people doing with all our information. Cant sleep or eat regularly either. Antidepressant starts to stop-working.
Cant even play games. Unusual frqme drops and .exes being executed just to get me banned.

Im bad luck brian IRL.
What would you guys do?

Hello, I am building a computer with gtx 1060 and I am stuck between i5 7500 and Ryzen 5 1600 at the moment. It will mostly be used for CS:GO competitive gaming, spreadsheets and other games.
The important part is that it will be paired with 146Hz Gsync monitor.
I would really like to get the ryzen, but i cant find any benchmarks that confirm that it can hold steady 146FPS in CS:GO in fullHD with high graphical settings. Could someone with RYZEN 1600 confirm this?

tldr: Ryzen 5 1600 or i5 7500 for 146FPS CS:GO competetive gaming.
