all this waste of space...why Intel doesn't blow the igpu and make ''bigger'' core for a higher IPC?

They should fill all that space with L4.

Nothing. It's a perfectly good OS for routers and phones.
We just have something against freetards who shill Linux 24/7. I wonder how much Red Hat pays them.
Can I get a quick rundown?

My mind is just blown, I'm trying to figure out what the fuck is going on this function, but two recursions is just too fucking much for me.
Can someone please explain what is going on here?
>>60572030
>I'm trying to figure out what the fuck is going on this function
Don't bother, there is no real use of "recursion" let alone "((((double))) recursion"
Follow the order of execution, replace each function call with the resulting value.
It prints the Fibonacci sum by calling recursively with lowered parameters until it reaches n==1
in which case it returns 1, and tell the function that called it that its value is 1
this function goes up the recursive route, sending back 2, 3, 5, ... until it reaches the original parameter you give it (8)
but seriously it's a normal recursion. Go read a book.
I keep getting spam calls and texts (all scammers, some phishing texts even) to my mobile phone that are all meant for someone else. It all started very suddenly in January, and I have had this number for over 15 years without getting any kind of spam like this before. I'd really prefer not to have to change it.
There's been nothing suspicious going on with my credit or anything, and I was able to find records online of the person who the telemarketers are asking for (including a speeding ticket she got last year). It says she is some old black lady who lives in the same state as me.
How does this kind of thing even happen? Is there anything I can do to stop it now that it's started? I put myself on the Do Not Call list but it didn't seem to make much of a difference.

>>60571776
Put up a whitelist for awhile and eventually it'll stop. After enough instantly dropped calls they'll get the hint.
Should I try calling the old black lady? I'm assuming there's nothing she could do about it even if it is her fault (or maybe it isn't and she had her identity stolen or some crap).
I'm guessing she or someone else signed up for some sketchy shit in her name and used my phone number as the contact info. Is that what usually happens?

Isn't the Java Virtual Machine just a compiler? What's the difference?
>>60571599
If it weren't for that butterface she'd be a 10/10
no? javac is the compiler (or gcj). the jvm is a virtual machine that runs .java executables
>>60571695
That butterface is her only redeeming quality.
From debian wiki
>Use a reasonably recent Linux kernel (at least 3.2 or newer).
>SSD caching is only supported on Linux 3.9 or newer.
I am on 3.12 because fuck amd and lack of drivers support.
How fucked am I? How long till ssd is kill?
Is fucking 40c ssd in idle normal for a notebook? I have 30 celcius on work in PC.
>>60571438
Antergos installer recognizes SSD and installs Arch with optimal SSD tweaks.
Enjoy your pre historic kernel
Just install Debian on a hdd and feel confy.
The diference in performance dosn't worth shortening the life of your sdd if the kernel don't support it.

I never understood why anyone here cares about anyone else's degeneracy. It's not like anyone else's desires/shame is publicly accepted.
Why not aim for universal degenracy acceptance so we don't constantly live under legal uncertainty and a dox away from a ruined life?
