Say I have a powerbank with ONE (1) output that has quickcharge 3.0 enabled
And say I needed to connect one phone (with quickcharge 3.0) and another usb device (an usb flashlight, a mini fan or whatever else)

If I use a splitter to change 1 outputs to 2, will I lose QC3.0? Will the phone still be able to charge at a semi-decent speed while also powering the other thing off of one output port? I'm talking about a respectable brand powerbank (like aukey, anker etc..) no low-tier chink shit

tl;dr powerbank with ONE output, qc3.0, hook up to output port TWO devices (one with qc3.0, the other normal usb max 0.5/1amp), can they both be fed or will I lose qc3.0?

probably not

mid-high tier cards for life

you may not be the best of the best but it's easier on your wallet so you are less hesitant to upgrade to the next mid-high tier card that is probably about on par with the last top tier card

i.e.: 980ti was top tier, then 1070 a mid-high tier card surpassed it for about half what it cost after a year

The Moto z has a $200 off coupon right now. It's normally $700 on sale for $500 and they are giving you free 2 year accidental breakage warranty on it ($79 comes off with the code at checkout). It's unlocked for GSM.

I buy my phones out of pocket and pay prepaid on t-mobile. But Motorola is offering financing themselves on this phone, basically if you have a phone number and you are registered at an address for that number and you are having this new phone delivered to you at that address... they will approve you for financing at $28 a month 0% for 18 months on the phone without a hard credit check.

This could be a way to get into a good phone for a lot of poorfags/no creditfags.

What do you think of the Moto z though?

I don't give a fuck about all the gay attachments I just want it to be a good pure android phone. I have had a moto before and it was fine but I fear this one is gimmicky for a high end phone

>LG G6
What does the LG G6 do better?

I can't shell out $500 for a phone and nobody else will let me finance it, also the moto comes with a 2 year warranty that covers dropping it or fucking it up for free.

what specifically is that much better about the LG?

OK g
Why is it that Ubuntu/Debian has such garbage Nvidia support? Are the drivers from Nvidia not good or are the developers just assholes? On my Asus Strix GL502VMK I can get the driver half-way working but putting the machine to sleep does not work and the keyboard backlight does not work properly... Why? I've fucked with configuration files and even made the brightness settings work(another thing among many that doesn't work in Ubuntu unless you shove a shovel up your ass)

How do you cunts expect people to move even to the most shit of Linux when the "most friendly" distribution requires me to fuck around in the terminal to restore around half of the functionality of my laptop????

This has been going on for years now, any laptop with a Nvidia chip doesn't work right with Linux... Nvidia Optimus laptops are even worse.

What gives? Nvidia themselves provides the drivers, is that the bad part or what?

And it's not like AMD has been spared the BS, I have some old APU laptop that I tried putting Ubuntu on and it doesn't even detect the Radeon GPU inside of the machine so it's always using software renderer....

I spent many many hours trying to get everything to work, I'm no stranger to changing configuration files and what not but half of the time you can't restore all of the functionality that you would have under windows

Can't get away from the botnet because freetards refuse to support anything other than some ancient Intel CPU with GMA graphics

Nvidia fucking suck on linux.
They could make everything happy and nice but instead they choke out your machine the moment you 'y' to that install.

Optimus is lovely but took a shitload of work to figure out how it works.

Are bagless vacuum cleaners a meme? I've got one and I have to clean some fucking shitty dusty as FUCK filter every time I want to use it. With the bag I only had to empty its contents and hose the bag a bit to wash it, it never was as dirty as this shitty filter system; I could vacuum my entire house without cleaning the bag, but with this shitty bagless one I have to dust the filter each time for much every single room.

So what's a /g/ approved vacuum cleaner?

Try a Hoover Windtunnel (cannister). Your pre filter should do most of the hard work. Only seems to only get bad if you have pet hair. That Philips thing you posted looks like a pain in the ass to empty.

Good deal, even has a nice and large SSD.

No such deals to be had where I live, used computer parts and computers are quite sparse and usually quite a bit overpriced. Worst example I've seen so far is probably an E8400 dualcore added yesterday for 50 €.

Hey /g/, my old laptop is kind of bust and I need a new one mainly to work with photoshop, maya 3D, illustrator, zBrush, etc at a price range of $1000 to $1300

I usually bring it from work to home and when I travel, and wherever I go there's usually a really good monitor available so I don't care too much for display quality, but I really need at least 16gb of ram and a capable graphics card/CPU (i7 is preferred).

Any recs that will give the max out of that budget?

I have 3 years (hobby) programming experience with fullstack Python web development and I'm trying to get my foot in the door of the industry. I did a bootcamp called Startup institute and did a Udacity nanodegree, which is the extent of my "formal" programming education. I have a (useless) B.A. in English. Are there jobs for Junior python/javascript developers? I started applying to dev jobs today, currently a w/m NEET who wants to fulfill his potential, think I can find a job or should I just skip it and kms?
