Help, what's the best app for backing up an android phone?
TWRP Backup
>>62447349
Thank you
>>62447300
TWRP if you want full system image, Titanium Backup if you want to back up specific things (e.g. apps, SMS, call logs)
Does anyone know what the exact technology used for what I'm about to describe is, or have any of you guys even heard of it before ?
So the way it works is you call someones cell phone, the number will always come up as a private number, but I am not sure if you can select whatever number you want, i assume the owner of tech can if they really wanted.
Now by doing this, once the person answers that gives them the location of the person called. Not sure if this works with landlines, but it definitely works with cellphones. Location also does not have to be turned on, as it works when location is off.
Along with this also exists the ability to render a phones battery useless. Now finding someones location by this means does not fuck up the battery, but is simply another option. Not sure if it's the same program, or whatever they use, but this is also possible. The battery will pretty much instantly go dead, and will not charge, hold a charge, or be of any use even with the charger plugged in.
Access to the phone is not required for this to work, it is all done remotely. Perhaps the persons phone was needed, but I am nearly positive this was all done strictly remotely without any type of malware etc. Maybe the person has access to the network and can then upload the malware to specific phones?
Can anyone point me in the right direction? I know organized crime has the tech, and I assume government, but is it available to civilians and what the hell is it ?
>Now by doing this, once the person answers that gives them the location of the person called
Sorry that sounds a little retarded. What i mean is, whenever the person being called answers the phone, the person who called them is given their location.
Honestly I don't think the person even needs to answer the phone for this to work.

Anyone ?
Why would you pay more for a phone with more internal memory when you can just use external SD cards?
>>62447002
some """"""phones"""""" (toys) don't have that feature (basic function)
>>62447002
Because Sdcards are much slower than the internal storage of most phones and it is so slow that many apps refuse to install to the sdcard entirely(although that is for security reasons too)
Also developers can force their app to never be installed on a sdcard like apps with drm and whatnot which severely limits your options
I have 2GB of ram on this old-ass laptop, and I'm about to upgrade the OS.
Should I go for a 32-bit version? Apparently the minimum reqs are 2GB for 64-bit, but only 1GB for 32-bit, and I don't want to have all my RAM taken up by the OS (it's a slow laptop as is).
Also has to be windows unfortunately, I have no choice in the matter.
32bit uses less memory, indeed. Go for it if you don't need x64 only programs.
>>62446934
I don't need x64 programs, no. Thought this might be the case - cheers man.

You cannot run Xubuntu with WINE?
What botnets are YOU connected to right now?

Hello ami/g/os. I bought iphone 7 in last april for 16k pesos but some juan stole is for me just after a month. After claiming insurance finally after 5 months im getting 11k pesos which i can buy any phone on that same store. So whats the best phones in that price range.
My main priority is that the phone should be sleek and feel premium to use so plastic shit.
"Pesos"
Thats why anybody responded.
So you are waiting for some other mexican (like me) to answer or do you think the greengos gonna make the convertion to USD in order to understand?
>>62446013
Buy some tacos or cleaning supplies.
>>62447257
I'm mexican and deeply offended. We spend money on actually nice things like belts with scorpions fossilized in amber or truckloads of modelo beers.

To see if we can,
To see if we can get away with it
We are going to be the first team to launch a frog in to the stratosphere and bring him back.
We will livestream the process with onboard cameras.
There are many questions on everyone's mind: Will we see the curve? What if we hit the dome? Will our brave froggo live?
All will be made clear as we reach for the cosmos.
We have many resources on 4chan that we can pool from. Like-minded people who can help us do the impossible. We have the numbers, we have the intelligence, we have the combined knowledge to make this happen. We will achieve the impossible.

Nobody wants this, just like how /v/ never wanted the /v/ GAs or that 4chan soccer sim, or 4craft, or any other reddit project pretending to be from 4chan.
How does /g/ setup pic related to stream free movies. Google is no help, and this is Greek to me.
There are plug-in apps that join you in Chinese botnets.

Just got pic related. I want to use a private, fast browser (water fox?), something to stream movies for free, a VPN, torrent downloads, and whatever else you guys think is good. Kind of new here, but you guys seem to know a lot. Anyways, software suggestions thread
Install Gentoo
>>62444182

you dont have to use gentoo but whats the point of using a private browser and vpn if windows isnt private
Why is most Japanese hobbyist-developed software closed source and only for PajeetOS?
>>62443051

There is a 2ch screencap that sums it up very well
>>62443051
Because there are a lot of good programmers that just dont bother with hardware emulation.
Rustendo 64 was bootable after 8 hours of work and it was streamed on twitch.

Any thoughts on where i can find Social media data sets / scrapes, that are fresh?
coca cola bottles usually have a secret code that you enter on their website that grants you access to nsa servers, to view the scrapes, you need microsoft bob as that os has the decrpytion code inside calc.exe for some reason. remember to format your drive before installing because if the os detects any form of other software, that decryption code is gone
>>62442702
Get McDonalds coupon codes and use them on the Pepsi website, this will give you access to fresh CIA hacking data sets.
Pay for it just like every other advertiser
Hmm
