I'm trying to pull data off of an old LG VX6000. There's a good chance the thing has been bricked after being exposed to heat back in the day, but I'm willing to spend some money to get some memories back.
I have a USB data cord, and I tried bitpim for data, but I think the battery is just cashed out. Anything I can pull out of one of these phones that stores data more safely?

The size of the segments are 1460 bytes + 60 bytes with TCP-, IP- and link layer headers. The TCP receive window is static at 65535 bytes. What's the largest theoretical data rate for this connection, assuming the values from tracert are accurate?
That's the question posed to me, and I'm at a loss. I've tried my best to search for similar problems, with no luck, nor is there any help to be found in any of my textbooks. The answer is supposed to come out as ~65 Mbps, but I have no idea how to get there. Anyone here know the correct approach?

What certifications should I get? Not a collegefag, I read textbooks at work where I do nothing and at home. I can into Python now, and still learning advanced stuff on it for a few more months, I've read all of "Upgrading and Repairing PCs" so I think Comptia A+ looks like a good start.
I wanna do some IT and networking type work, or some Python bitch job if I must, and eventually upgrade to pen testing or data recovery.
