Hi /g/, I'm looking for an office chair that can save 2 or maybe 3 different sitting positions and automatically adjust itself when I push a button. I want to have at least 2 (one for sitting, one for fapping) but more than that is alright.
Also, Computer chair/Office chair thread.
>>60756313
I've only ever owned 1 chair that did that. It cost $40000 and was attached to a car.
>>60756313
Ah, yes. You are looking for a Mercedes.
So the email I've used for over a decade is pretty well vulnerable and I want to discontinue it. What's the most secure free email out there and what's a good way to scrub your old email's presence from various accounts?

Reminder that using a loud ass mechanical keyboard gives off your position and reduces your situational awareness

>Shiva Star was also used to develop an experimental weapon known as MARAUDER for the SDI effort between 1989 and 1995. The idea appears to have been to create compact toroids of high-density plasma that would be ejected from the device using a massive magnetic pulse. The plasma projectiles would be shot at a speed expected to be 3000 km/s in 1995 and 10,000 km/s (3% of the speed of light) by 2000. A shot has the energy of 5 pounds of TNT exploding. Doughnut-shaped rings of plasma and balls of lightning exploded with devastating thermal and mechanical effects when hitting their target and produced pulse of electromagnetic radiation that could scramble electronics, the energy would shower the interior of the target with high-energy x-rays that would potentially destroy the electronics inside. The tests cost a few million dollars a year. The project become classified and may or may not have been scrapped at some time after 1995 because of problems keeping the plasma projectiles stable for the distances required by orbital weaponry.
could this be strapped to a spaceship as a main weapon or would it attenuate too fast?
It sounds like it would be more useful as a space propulsion system, if you had a sufficient power supply.

Neat.
I guess we really could tell those space niggers to fuck off.
>speed of an electron = 2200 KM/s
>speed of this bastard= way more
Holy shit.
one of the fans on my laptop started making a whining noise. i took the fan out cleaned it as best i could but, but it still kept making the noise. after about 5 minutes it stopped and hasnt made the noise since. should i order a replacement or is it ok? the laptops about 2 years old. cant afford to have the laptop go down as i rely on it for work and i can't afford to miss work over a fan
Yeah bearings are shot in it. But you'll need to get the exact same fan. If you get a different one it will fuck up your registry files and brick the laptop.
Well, the future sure looks like it's gonna be...interesting.
When will we have data. I mean that robot isn't even all the way you know what I mean. He isn't like that old lady bot that pretended to be data's human who pretended to be his mom.
looking to start a forum for general discussion that has very few rules. i'm going to lock the user cap at 500 for the first few months. current/former site admins, how much should i expect to pay for something that can handle a forum of this size? i will gradually up the server(s) depending on the donations i receive, but for starting off, what should be good? i'm thinking paying for a 6/mo ovh box would be sufficient, i have no idea however.
>>60754273
A forum with only 500 users could expect to have maybe 25 active at a single time, which you could run on a toaster.
Since i'm annoyed by the performance penalty caused by the stupid windows defender i've wondered if its safe to just disable its realtime protection? I've never had something found by it in the last few years anyway so it feels like a waste.
any recommendations?
pic unrelated but i like it
Common Sense 2017 is a good recommendation
