Post laptop stickers
I dont have a laptop
My laptop doesn't have stickers
>>60908941
does anyone ever comment on your /pol/ sticker?
>woke up this morning
>laptop barely getting any wifi signal
>putting it next to the router barely gives 3 bars
>work laptop getting a perfectly signal from the other side of the house
>nothing showing up on virus/malware scans
>have tried older drivers, same result
What causes this? Is my antenna fucked up?
>>60794816
Have you turned it off and then back on again?

This is an experimental Internet security thread for anyone willing to discuss, help newbies or learn more about Internet security in general.
>DNS
Who among you are using DNSSEC [1, 2] already? Have you considered TLSA (DANE [3]), SSHFP [4], OPENPGPKEY [5] resource records (RRs) yet?
>HTTP
Who among you are running your own Web server? Do you secure your traffic with TLS and HTTP security headers? Do you use HSTS [6] to enforce a secure connection? Do use HPKP [7] for certificate pinning? Do you use CSP [8] to enforce content restrictions?
Who among you are running your own mail server (MTA)? Do you secure your traffic with (START)TLS? Do you use SPF [9] to restrict only authorised hosts to send mails? Do you use DKIM [10] to cryptographically verify message authenticity? Do you use DMARC [11] to set domain-level message handling policies?
Share your thoughts!
>Newbies section
There are numerous introductory videos about DNSSEC [12, 13], SPF [14], DKIM [15] and DMARC [16] to familiarise yourself more with. There are also numerous websites [17, 18, 19, 20, 21] that can help you check your server's security.

>install GNOME, it just works
I'm never using anything other than GNOME
Ok man, good for you, I'm glad. Please keep me posted, thanks.

I don't think you understand how bitcoin mining works. Hashes are digital, binary by definition.

That is still digital, moron.

I think OP meant mechanical miner.
4chan doesn't seem to want me posting a php7-fpm guide so I posted it on a blog.

It seems that something in the blog post is blocked on 4chan
Hello all, just got myself a TrackR and realized the distance is pretty limited to the bluetooth range. I am after something about the size of a mobile phone (turning old mobile phone into one works but I am actually needing quite a few) and does not require wifi connection for the location to be returned. DIY blueprint is fine as well, I recall seeing someone making one that's as small as a cigarette pack in Taiwan. Mainly using it for hobby, doesn't need to be super percise as long as the location is pinged back I am happy.
unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
does this exist in the laptop realm yet?
im a hardcore video editing dark lord
- size: irrelevant, just portable is enough
- battery life: irrelevant, need only 5-10min, as a lifesaver in case electricity goes out
- storage: everything fastest biggest available, multiple m2 raid0 go, + need at least 3 or 4tb preferably more, as hdd storage,
- cpu: as many cores as possible, fastest as possible, with a good cooling system. supernova heat lvls are unacceptable
- noisy? i dont give a shit, im on headphones
- ram: 64gb at least, 128gb preferably
- gpu: 980m actually enough all heavy vfx work is done somewhere else, desktop cards in laptop cool too. no weird extensions with a desktop card in a box
- screen: obviously the sweetest screen available
- i/o: everything in the world. at least 8usbs of all kinds, 3x card readers, hdmi video recorder, two if possible, separate headphone and mic ports please.
- budget: irrelevant, im not paying for it, im getting bought whatever i ask for. +10k usd will be fine
does anything exist covering all of that?
why anon? im editing an entire tv show on the go. ill have 2x separate screens to work with, some sweet portable monitors we have so it will be a 3x screen workstation. but it has to move around every few days. and needs to be a laptop, a machine with a screen attached to do stuff on the go and on set, quick vfx tests etc
plz help, i can find nothing
