So tell me g;

I have a Plex server in my computer room. It's excellent, however they just introduced TV tuning, and I really want to use it.

My antenna cable is about 10 metres away in the next room, inaccessible by cable (although I can poke it through the wall and run it 10 metres).

What do you reckon I need to get the signal across? Will the SNR degrade over the 10 metre extension? Should I get a signal amplifier? Am I better off getting an internal antenna now days (are they good enough)?

Any thoughts?

People complained about graphics being slow on NT compared to the legacy Windows stack, so in order to satisfy gamers and everyone else, they started running drivers in kernel space.
>>
>>60822744
They built NT 3.1 and found out it was dog fucking slow, so they started moving more and more shit into the kernel to get better performance.

What are some tech companies that value aesthetics, /g/? I mean, apart from Apple, what else is there?

I can no longer withstand titans such as Google going full Pajeet and pushing shit like memeterial design.

Why haven't technology sector wages gone up

can someone explain how inflation is 2% per year but wage growth is 0% per year

won't this eventually hit a point where its out of control and people are getting paid in bitcoins or some shit because USD is worthless

also can somebody explain why the average wage in 2000 was 30k per year and the average wage in 2017 is 30k per year

doesn't that mean we're all getting poorer every year

Why distros usually come with poor quality taskbar applets enabled by default?
The biggest offender is the "windows list" applet that is lackluster as fuck and tend to clutter your panel very quickly.
I just found out about this applet icing task manager that basically copy the useful features from windows7/8/10 taskbar like thumbnail preview, being a dock(pin programs), decent grouping, etc. Distro manager really have bad taste.

What should I get, ereader or tablet?

I want to read books, save all my notes on it instead of having papers around, not really interested in watching youtube shit since I do that on the PC already(want to get out of the habit of watching twitch and youtube before bed). But the tablet offers more diversity but less quality(I think?).

Should I get a scanner too to digitalise my notes or whatever I want.

It's now a meme. Everything is now being watched by NSA and MI6.

There's no meaning with using Tor and VPN unless you got permaban.

I'm done. I even quit sadpanda.

As for your research, it only really apply to the plethora of intel sockets.
All your research should be now, is what can you afford.
