What is up with the large trackpad? I don't get it. Is this really something people wanted?
i cant imagine that not being a nuisance
>>60944164
apparently some people like it for scrubbing/zooming to retarded levels. Mine is arriving in 1 week and I'll return if the thing is a nuisance
>>60944164
I'd rather have a slightly larger keyboard too.

thirld worlder here.
I have 10MB internet at 30 USD.
Look at the current state of the Internet. Look at what YOU, (((the people))), have allowed to happen. Indeed, from the smouldering ashes of SOPA & PIPA has arisen a new Daemon, one so strong and so overbearing that not even the proud forces of GNU/EFF can injure it.
Have you not any shame? Your reliance on the proprietary and the money you freely let corporations take from you have led to this. Has the Way of GNU not taught you anything about self-sufficiency? Truly, you have strayed from the Path.
Reflect on your actions and await your impending doom. We tried to warn you, but your self-absorbed minds simply could not comprehend the wisdom in Our words.

Jave Game Development
Hello, this is probably the wrong place to post but I'll try anyway.
I'm bored pretty often and I know some basic java. From time to time I get really excited about making a 2D game and i tried a few times.
The biggest problems are that I loose motivation pretty fast, that I'm simply not able to come up with good game ideas and that i can't create sprites whatsoever, hence why I came here.
I'm not looking for anything commercial, just a small hobby project.
So if you have a simple game idea or something but no idea how writing code works, I'd be glad to work together with you.

Yo /g/, I had a lady email me a day or so ago wanting to know if I could work on 7 of her laptops. Now I've never done that much volume and I usually charge by the hour but should I be charging her by the job requested?
Here's what she wants done:
7 windows 7 Toshiba laptops . Below are the things needed to be done on each laptop.
1 Format Hard Drive
2 Microsoft Office Package
3 AVG Virus Software (Free Lifetime Updates)
4 Adobe Acrobat
5 Laptop Cleaning of the keyboard, screen and other case.
6 Diagnostics of the entire system after to check hard, cdrom, floppy, etc.

$2800 seems reasonable
>>60943937
calculate how long it takes per unit and multiply by 7. Multiply that by your hourly rate

Dont forget to add in the material and license costs.
I took some C++ classes at community college I got an A in both of them.
Is it possible to become professional programmer? I was the only one in the class that seemed to have "got" it.
>>60943714
the intro classes are really easy
>>60943756
Yeah it seems like it. Plus community college...
I was still taken aback by how many people can barely hack it though.

What the fuck is going on? Why won't they leave us to pirate in peace? It's not like we're their target audience anyways. This is just proof that normies always fuck everything for the rest of us.
>muh le Netflix and chill xD
Piracy is like a hydra you fucking normies, you cut a head and 7 will sprout in its place, stronger than before.
Realize that Kodi was never intended for unauthorized copying in the first place, so even its developers are against addons that allow you to do so.
>>60943870
>so even its developers are against addons that allow you to do so.
except they really aren't or else they would just eliminate add-ons altogether. Sorry but nobody has even heard or uses "legit" Kodi add-ons.
>>60943908
>Sorry but nobody has even heard or uses "legit" Kodi add-ons.
That's fine. I'm not saying that third-party addons are the root of the problem, but it's shifting the focus of the development of Kodi to no longer support addons at all in order to combat unauthorized copying. The Kodi team has already been hit with complaints from big copyright holders even though they aren't even directly responsible.
This answers your question:
>Why won't they leave us to pirate in peace?
How come Intel completely dominates single thread performance?
There's literally not a single AMD CPU in the top 100.
Actually LULZ Intel completely dominates in multi-thread performance too, although all the processors are like $2000.
Ayymd is low end shit for poorfags only
Because you're looking at pissmark, the most garbage simulated benchmark on the planet.
