it's been probably 5 or 6 years since I bothered having it installed but I have a decent graphics card and play video games less often that it deserved, so I'm gonna reinstall BOINC

what projects should I run? are there any active teams from 4chan? I used to be on the 420chan team back in the day, I was king motherfucker there for like a week because most people were still using CPUs and I was running my screaming fast Radeon 4770

Why is everyone freaking out about the 120 Hz screen? I don't get it. What do people do with iPads? You're either browsing the web/apps or watching video. How do either of those benefit from this?

Unless everyone is drawing and playing games all day on the iPads, I don't get it. Shills?

Bought a grey market phone so the charger sent was a chink one.

I need a computer that can be used as a desktop for 90% of the time, but is also a laptop for traveling. Why shouldn't I get this beautiful puppy, with a dock and monitor?

>decided on getting a GTX 1080 because I couldn't be fucked waiting on Vega any more

>next day, both of them had been bought out for $250 each by a single seller
>sent the cards on their way, bought my 1080, all was happy in my world
>next month I learn about how there's a new mining craze for ethereum like the old bitcoin mining boom
>390 is one of the best cards for hashrate, just short of a Fury X
>I'm living in a uni hall, dead of winter and don't have to pay a cent on the electricity bill
>I could've had those 390Xs overclocked and mining 24/7 and had the 1080 paid for in mere weeks
>then I could've just let the cards mine away until they died making a happy profit
