Kinda sick of Google automatically backing up photos (despite me disabling any kind of automated back ups) and tracking me. Besides, I haven't used any kind of Google service (except for YouTube) for about a year now. Are there any alternatives?

yes, but not by much assuming higher tier aircooler
there are also drawbacks
- pump noise
- pump will break and you can toss it out
- danger of puncturing/leaking
air cooler is a block of metal that will work forever as long as you can mount it, and when fans die, you buy new one for $10 and go on..

It's tiny, it doesn't need much ram. It doesn't work very well either and hasn't seen any love in years.
Now that I posted it here, I'm sure certain people will take the sources down soon. Even if you don't intend to do anything with it, I'm sure this code will be needed again some point in the future.

Also consider wifi range extender /bridge instead of both switch2 and wifi2 and that cable.
That way you get 1 free port on ISP modem and, if 100Mbit is enough for either TV, can use passive cable splitter. Or just separate cables for TV1 and TV2.
