Is there a way to cut a lossy audio file without re-encoding it?
I have a bunch of 128kbps podcasts where the producer shills for various shitty services and live shows. I don't want to listen to the shilling, I just want to listen to the podcast.

Is there any reason to buy a new keyboard if your old one works fine? Pic related is my keyboard. One of my friends has a fancy new mechanical and typing on it is LOUD and feels really strange. Are 'high end' membrane keyboards a thing? Are they objectively better in any way than an old freebie OEM model?

>>
>>61113209
that keyboard is great
it will outlive you probably
>>
>>61113280
It works great, I paid nothing for it and I'm totally happy with it. But you can pay pretty much whatever you want for a keyboard and I'm trying to wrap my head around why people would do that.
>>
>>61113209
Well I bought expensive $20 membrane keyboard because it has lights and 14 extra buttons with easy software to program them and record macros [great for photoshop]

It is water proof[tested more times than i would like]

It has also great response time because of 1000Ghz polling rate [more than my cpu]

But I also fell for the mech meme and got james donkey for $35 with gateron browns
just because it looks good with different keycaps and removed yellow plastic. If It actually feels good I will find out in month or so

Are there any more recent players that support Rockbox though? I'm not keen on shelling out if/when it breaks.

Yes, it was totally inconsequential, that's why Microsoft went on an instant IT'S USELESS DON'T BOTHER campaign and betaarchive deleted most of it.

Which is the better designed language, Swift or Kotlin?
15 posts and 2 images submitted.
>>
>>61112931
They are literally the same language on different platforms.

The biggest difference imho is how they run. Kotlin runs on the JVM and has access to top notch GC technology. Swift runs natively but uses refcounts.

what
>>
>>61113093

PETYA scans %windir% for perfc, specifically that it checks to see if the name "perfc" exists within the directory. If it finds it, it doesn't execute the ransomware code. By creating a no extension perfc file in %windir% you basically prevent it from running.

How new to the helpdesk are you, son? LARPing as a sysadmin, are we?

Negro, if a "test" box got infected, that means that your test network is. You probably don't even have a test network, just a windows box that is named

>1234_test

Your whole network is fucked. And guess what it's not your problem.

Don't go for "bonus points" for being on vacation either. No one cares.
