THIS SITE SUCKS
Answering questions on stackoverflow isn't going to make you more impressive than a good project will
>>61501281
Create multiple accounts, ask questions on them, then accept the copy/paste answers filled with low quality english you get from your own shitty blogs (that are copy/pasted articles from other shitty blogs), from your "real" account.

4 years ago I gave an answer to some girl on stackoverflow and she still hasn't accepted my answer even though saying thanks.
I hope she dies.

>The data reveals LGA1151 socket support and TDP of 80W. The engineering sample has a base clock of 3.5 GHz with a maximum multiplier of 43. It may all just be a wrong reading by CPU-Z utility or early engineering sample which may not necessarily represent the final product. However it’s yet another proof that Intel’s 8th generation series will feature 6-core processor.
>Earlier rumors from CPC Hardware suggested that Core i7-8700K would feature 3.7 GHz base frequency, while i5-8600 a clock of 3.6 GHz. This sample is likely a different SKU.

That thing is ancient. Even if you could run CS GO on it, you shouldn't want to. Look on Craigslist for offices getting rid of their workstations, then buy the best used GPU you can afford.
Worth $50.

Is anyone here running alternatives to ios/android? I'm looking for something new to escape muh botnet, but most projects seem to be abandoned or rarely discussed
Been using BB10OS for the last couple years, never going back to Android.
>>61500648
Can I install this on an android phone, or do I just buy blackberry?
>>61500741
Buy a Blackberry. The devices are good for the price and the os is a good but not perfect alternative. It allows you to run android apps but the runtime only uses android 4.3
Why do I want this so badly when I know it's a glorified anime watching device?
I won one in a contest and immediately sold it. Really have no idea why you would want it.

>glorified anime watching device
I was at an anime meetup in Akihabara last week and artists from one of the big anime companies were doing live drawing demos and every one of them used iPad Pro with a pencil. every one of them.
dunno why but they prefer them over Wacom thing.
Because you're a good consumer

Help me out /g/, I want to connect a router through ethernet to my ISP-provided router to boost the signal in the second floor of my house. I also want to have more control over the second router for security reasons. Is it even worth using the ISP provided one if I'd have 1 router with custom software connected to one without any?
>>61500333
fuck off normie
sage
By ISP provided router, do you mean the modem/router combo which many of them provide? Because you still need the modem at the start of this setup. No sequence of hardware will work without it being the first step out of the wall.
If you want to boost signal, what you generally want to do is go modem -wire-> router -wire-> access point. Many routers, especially with custom firmware, can act as access points. You'll give it the same SSID and password (albeit different channel) as your first router and it'll just extend your network around the second floor.
>>61500333
No, and here is why
ISP
>Pay per month to rent modem/router
>No control, locked and controlled by ISP
Own
>No additional monthly fees
>You control the router and level of security
In the end, you owning the router is better because there are more pros than cons. That being said, if you are not tech savvy then owning your own router means replacing it out of your own pocket. Estimated ~$100-$170 depending what you buy.
My recommendation would be to go with Linksys WRT1900AC or a barebone micro appliance running pfsense.
>Launch glxgears on iGPU
>Utilization stuck at 75% 7000 FPS
>Launch gears on dGPU
>Util drops to 50% on dGPU 5000 FPS
>Both the dGPU and iGPU can't push more than 7000 FPS independent
>Keep running both and expand the glxgear window on the dGPU
>Util drops on dGPU and iGPU staggers down to 270 FPS with them both running.
What in the fresh hell is this. How does this optimus actually function?
>>61500314
Might be drawcall limited by then, 7000 fps is 0.14ms, 5000 fps is 0.2ms, 270 is 3.7ms
glxgears is not a benchmark.
Test it with unigine valley or something.
