How hyped do you guys get in the gym ? I tone it done usually

I don't. At all.
I often see meatheads going nuts after the pump but I've just never understood why.

The gym is where I calm down and try to get the most out of every single rep by concentrating and focusing and relaxing. It's like meditation.

Acting like an idiot because of Adrenalin just doesn't help and I don't understand why people do it.

I guess that is another way to see it. maybe it comes down to the fact that I currently do more Powerlifting style training. I just cant DL heavy without getting hyped to a certain level.

I'm the opposite. I find being calmest helps me lift the most, especially with the big 4

For me its anger. Aint nothing like lifting when pissed off.
When you hate somebody or something so much that even thinking about it gets you raging.

Too bad im generally a very calm and positive person that rarely gets angry.
