How does this dude make these gains while staying so lean?
The guy isn't big at all but he lifts pretty well. What's his deal? Anyone have some insight?
Well this is how i do it.
Monday , Tuesday , Wednesday , Thursday - Bulking
Lift - Monday , Wednesday , Friday
Don't eat for 40 hours after Thursday , one meal on Saturday and Sunday
Lift fasted with BCAA and black coffee.

I think it's hard to say, he's been lifting consistently since he was 14 or 15 they say.
He is always pushing intermittent fasting which explains the leanness. There's a "before" picture at like 17% bf where he clearly has a ton of muscle, so a lot of it must have been gained before getting shredded.
That's definitely achievable natty.
He's lean and strong, his body isn't overly big. Within 3 years of lifting seriously, with a good diet and discipline one can achieve this.
Maybe even between 1 year and a half to 2 years.

He is a manlet, manlets look better in pictures than lanklets and look like they hold more mass, however this guy is - if we actually take into account that he is natty - at the upper end of upper body strength, he has a very good ohp and bech (for a natty). The thing is, you really can't know. If anyone still remembers the trip casual aka Cory Cook, Cory had the same size as him for a long time and recently admitted to being on and off juice for his entire lifting life.

Says he's been training 10 years so I'd like to believe it's possible. People shouldn't be comparing him to tinytrip though, tiny is very short and whilst his proportions and aesthetics are outstanding, he doesn't have that much mass - this would be more noticeable stood next to an average male.
Greg is a rich narcissist who makes his living out of his body and selling his books / routines whilst endlessly shilling them on YouTube. The fact that he only works out 3x a week and very recently said he's going to try 2x a week as in the past he's had the best success doing this suggests he's just roiding and profiteering from people's naiviety. Personally I wouldn't have a hope even maintaining that mass and strength training twice a week, let alone aiming to make gains. He either has exceptional genetics or he's full of shit.

the bottomline is he's very fit and well-disciplined, but at the end of the day he's 5'10 170lbs and with a hoodie on you would have no idea he lifts

Dirty bulking wouldn't gain any extra muscle retard, once you're beyond the surplus required for muscle building the rest will be stored as fat. You do not put on any more muscle dirty bulking than clean bulking.
