i'm a cardio fiend and i can straighten out my legs fine. the reason he can do this is because he is a stretcher. the reason you can't do this, shia, is because you lack separate flexibility exercises that eventually allow a man to sit like this with no physical pain, instead it brings comfort because it relieves different areas around your hips.

If you have done either of these exercises you would know they hit the traps as a secondary muscle group just strictly because of the path the weight is moving, the less you control the weight and the more momentum and swinging you put into the exercise the less emphasise it puts on the shoulder and puts a lot more on the traps, rich piana doing his 500 reps bullshit will have those exercises put a lot of stress on the traps

My name is richard piano I lift for 8 hours at the gym I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my nipples are a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach vacuums. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use 4 scoops of a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I take 5 shots of water activated stem cells, then 1 scoop of honey almond 5150 KILL IT pre workout, and on the face an exfoliating botox shot. Then I inject 4 shots of real food protein directly into my stomach which I leave to digest for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after workout burrito from chipoltle with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your muscles out and makes you look smaller. Then test, then a shot of synthol followed by a shot of d-bol and hgh. There is an idea of a Richard piano, some kind of abstraction, but there is no real me. Only an entity, something illusory. Since I'm not mentally retarsed yes I can very easily comprehend the concept of taking my weight in pounds, multiplying by 0.86 and using this number in grams as my protein goal.
