Why should I give it up?
You shouldn't, if it fits in your macros.
100% whole grain bread with quinoa is amazing first thing in the morning for breakfast. Just dont get your entire daily carb intake from it, and get rid of that white bread shit in your diet.
Any gluten intolerant people itt ? I usually limit my consumption of common food alergens (milk, fructose etc.) but with gluten I don't feel my body reacting any differently if I have any products with it in them or not. So my question is : if you are intolerent do you feel any different when taking it ? Like instant stomach crumps or energy dips or something ?
the shitty thinly sliced breads (big name brands like nature's own, wonder, etc) are usually under 100. But the more "fancy" breads, even from big names (think multigrain, potato, and buttermilk breads) are usually above 100. TMYK
Man, how does it feel to get anally-annihilated about literally nothing and something you were wrong about for that matter?
Because bread is bad for you
BREAD, though, is pretty good. Buy that instead.
It's delicious and good for you. Carbohydrates are the most important macronutrient. Like with anything, enjoy in moderatoin. Don't drink and bread. Talk to your doctor before eating bread. If bread makes you sleepy discontinue use and talk to your doctor. If your bread has mold on it stop eating it and talk to your grocery store.
