I finally found it... the ultimate goal body.
What kind of lifestyle do you think this guy has? Diet, weights, sports to keep lean?
my buddy has a physique identical to that. this is what he does
>keeps his calories relatively high (like 3k or so)
>does cardio a few times a week to avoid putting on unwanted fat
>push/pull/legs => these are his heavy days then repeats it with a push/pull/legs that's in a higher rep range, then 1 day off
das about it mane.
Thank you for that.
be born to well educated, upper middle class republican parents with great genetics. get into sports and lifting at a young age and excel at them, building social skills far quicker than your peers and maturing quickly
basically be chad
I think I'm going to lose the gut and to spooky mode, then score some TBol, eat like a horse and morph into Chad mode.
I find it hard to believe your maintenance is 3k unless you're factoring in a non sedentary lifestyle and cardio. And then you would consider it a relatively high caloric intake while doing some cardio on the side - exactly what this guy said his boyfriend does. Don't post again until you're not dyel
GOOD FUCKING GENETICS.
You gymcels NEVER learn.
The guy has fucking TEN INCH WRISTS.
LIFE is set in BONE.
You honestly think "working out" or "good nutrition" or the "correct routine" will lead to THAT?
we should ban anyone with under a year of experience from posting
even his lower abs are visible, what the fuck are you talking about
Dude, this guy on the OP's photo is easily way past 100kg with low bodyfat percentage. Even if he'd be sedentary he'd have to consume 3k calories to maintain, but considering he probably works out at least 4 times a week and most likely spends at least some of his time doing something else other than browsing 4chan and jerking off he's easily eating 4000kcal a day to maintain.
Relax. It's because I'm a manlet. I'll probably look like 65 inches bro when I've made it. Everything is thick/dense, and I gain muscle easy because I'm short. Sometimes being me it a good thing.
what exactly was the advice I gave? and I am factoring a non sedentary lifestyle, but I don't live one that's abnormally active. I don't gain weight at a noticeable pace unless I'm at 3400 kcal daily
maybe being a sedentary manlet has you confused
I thought powerlifters were fatter, this nigga has an 8 pack.
