yea fuck off m8 that's clearly not the only thing that's changed. The lighting is a lot more flattering in the 2nd but he's definitely made a little progress. Looks like 1-2 months worth if i had to guess.

I did quit for a while there, got promoted and started working long nights... Now some nights when I come home I have a hard time not drinking a few. Bad excuse for my lack of willpower but it is what it is. I'm trying to stop completely
.. 1 year, SS from March to July, 4 day U/L split Aug-currently. Was working full time and going to school full time until just recently so I've gotten much more motivated this last month.
Think i got noob gains out of the way.

I've generally always been pretty fit, i think i got lucky in that i eat a lot but don't get too fat.

Brosplit mostly, now on Pplx2 focusing on increasing main lifts
Clean and jerk 205 as of yesterday
Squat and dead aren't as high as I want but have gone up about 50-70 pounds each because in the past few months because of the added volume of ppl
first pic 5'11 230lbs, second is about 175lbs, third and fourth are 183lbs. About 9 months progress.

When I was kid I was injected some testosterone I believe or whatever they give you to become manlier because my mom thought my dick was to feminine. I wish that never happened, I wounder what my body would look like now without those treatments.
