Also 6'0 175. I swapped to PPL a year ago, Gains are amazing. Make sure to keep your cals/sleep in check though, going from 3 days on Texas M to 5-6 days on PPL was rough at first, especially as a natty.

It's a good thing to have high standards for yourself, but it's not a good thing to set them so high that you'll never reach them and always be disappointed. Admit what you've achieved and be appreciative for it. Then set a new goal.

Agreed. I don't lurk /fit/ these days, but when I used to, I also felt the false power creep when it came to standards. You start to forget what normal people achieve.

Wasn't fat or really skinny fat, just Meh (played sports as a teen/Was in military). I bulked up 50lbs to 225, then cut to 175 over 2 years, gaining 1lb/week, then cutting 1lb a week. Right now im eating +200 surplus and trying to gain pretty slowly. I take an extra rest day every other week, but I've been able to make good progress. I count my cals and make sure to get enough sleep.
