>tfw gf is mad at me for going to the gym 3 days a week and not staying in with her
But who will I put my dingus in then?
ive got a solution if you are a busy person, get up at 4.30 am am go to gym do what you need to do go to work and shit then spend evening, with the gf. beware tho, this is not for the lazy!
Start going five days a week, then start saying, "I'm trying to keep up with myself for you babe!" Then if your perception and charisma levels are high enough you can encourage her to maybe go lift with you or at least go to the gym and then it'll turn into what you guys do for fun
>tfw live in america
>tfw ill never have an asian gf
So here's what you do
>1. When she tells you she doesn't like it when you go to the gym, smile and tell her you understand and you're happy that she doesn't want to be apart from you.
>2. Turn around and go to the gym.
She's not giving you an order she's telling you how she feels, Don't fucking shame her into having to stay quiet about how she feels all the time because you might take offense thinking she's presenting some kind of ultimatum. She doesn't fucking expect you to do as you're told, there won't be dire consequences if you disobey.
And for God's sake don't start a debate over why she's wrong and why going to the gym is the rational course of action. If she tells you she doesn't want you to go to the gym, you tell her why you want to go the gym, without trying to "disprove" her.
>Tfw never spend any time with my gf apart from sex and her sleeping over
Occasionally we watch a film in bed, but then next morning she leaves and we go to our seperate lives
Feels good man
Pic very related
You can talk to her, live with it, or break up with her.
>tfw gf says that trying to keep up with me aesthetically is giving her an eating disorder
>says she's "not eating all day and then exercising to exhaustion"
>observe her, approx 1500 cal at 5'3 and 30 min on stationary bike at her most disciplined
>says its killing her and she made an appointment with a therapist
>wants me to stop counting calories and lifting (on a clean bulk)
>she's gained approx 30 pounds since we started dating
No offense but she is not good wife material and you should probably break up, unless you are willing to get fat for her or force her to eat and exercise properly.
She doesn't have to try to get fit but being hypocritical about it is a big red flag.
