I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
>brush teeth >wash face with cleansing creme >shower >wash hair with shampoo/conditioner >shave during shower >dry with towel >apply body creme on legs/upper arms (my upper arms get really dry and itchy often) >apply facial creme >pluck eyebrow hairs And if I have to go somewhere >put in contacts >put on light eyemakeup (tiny line of eyeliner and mascara) >use a concealer stick to get rid of any red spots
>>35955163 It's actually worse, I asked my dentist this the other day and he said
>You should brush after meals and not eat for another hour since brushing actually temporarily weakens your teeth. Brushing before is pointless as you'll just get food stuck in your weakened teeth that'll stay there till the next time you brush.
If you're worried about food getting stuck in your brush, then clean that shit afterwards. That's what it's for afterall.
>brush teeth, wash face, comb hair every day >shower every other day >wash hair twice a week >shave once a week >only put on contacts and eyeliner when going out and feel like it (mostly once a week) >curl hair when i feel like it (mostly once a week too)
>>35955144 i always wondered, why do women need more care, for example for skin? i never applied body creme and never got any dry skin besides the face maybe is it bad nutrition or just different skin?
If I need to shit before I shower, I do so. I haven't used shampoo or conditioner since July, and barring the awful cut it has now, it looks healthy, and is soft and strong as fuck. When it comes to the body, I have keratosis pilaris, so I use exfoliating bodywashes or soap bars to help with that (my skin hates chemical exfoliants). I don't wash my face any special way because I've never had a problem with acne, just one or two zits that come up during stressful times. When the shower is done, I lightly dry off and apply amlactin to the parts where the keratosis is concentrated, shave (I use conditioner for this), then let my hair air dry and style once it's damp
>>35955374 This. Although I think for me it's mostly hormonal. I only wear makeup on my eyes, no foundation. But still after I wash my face and shower my face is dry as shit. And even though it gets worse when I shave, If I dont shave for a month on end my legs get itchy and dry anyway. Especially in the winter. It's a female thing I think, cause I only read about women having this problem
>>35955374 >>35955407 I think it's also got to do with the fact that rough skin makes a man look tougher/cooler but women are meant to look more soft? Anyways, I need to use lotion on my face every day or I get dry spots all over it...
>>35955401 Can't help you there since I used to be disgusting and too lazy to shower until someone in class said I was smelly... (major tomboy when I was young) Maybe try showering without soap every other day? I hear that helps too.
Honestly I only brush my teeth if I have to leave the house, never had a problem with my teeth sofar, the same goes for showers. During stuff like vacations I only do those after a couple days. well, then breakfast and gaming/homegym
>>35955053 Furious fapping to wake up. Then, a half spray can of Axe Africa for armpits and crotch. A few splashes of water to straighten the hair vaguely, clean sand from my eyes, and dry saliva around my mouth. Finally, a spearmint chewing gum after the coffee for the breath. That's it.
>>35956010 >get up >breakfast >put yesterdays clothes on >check underpants - do they smell? NO - GOOD YES - get new ones >put some deororant on top of yesterdays clothes (armpits , crotch and chest) >do not comb hair cause I am bald. >Sip water, spit water - fuck brushing
Ready to go
clean eyes on way to work
After a long day of work and gym I might take a shower.
Do I smell to strong the day after ? - get new clothes and deororant and take a shower after work and gym in the evening.
>get up >piss >shower >shampoo >conditioner >face moisturizer >dry off >lotion hands,chest,shoulders,neck >clean up facial hair and trim where needed >Brush teeth >gag on toothbrush while getting back of my tongue >style hair >deoderant >cologne >meme
>>35955053 >Brush teethe >Get nakey >Stand in shower >Wash hair/underarms/cock/ass with three in >one body/hair/condi >get scrubber and kinda scrub around the other >non important areas to smell good >get out after 3 minute shower >put clothes on >Take clothes back off because I'm horny >put the plunger on the side of the tub >lube it up and ass fuck myself with the plunger my family uses >wash it off after failing orgasm because its not big enough >Put clothes back on >no homo my way to my room and jack off
>wake up >look through bathroom keyhole >fap >say hello to mother as she exits bathroom >sniff toilet seat >on a good day, fap again >shower >shit >stomp shit down plughole >pop pimples in mirror >brush the front of the teeth that are visible when I smile >mom drives me to school >bully betas all day erryday
use lotion designed for the face, make sure it's non-comedogenic (the product is designed specifically to not clog pores), and if you want to be safe use lotion with no fragrances or dyes. if you live somewhere sunny buy a 2nd face moisturizer that also has sunscreen for use during the day (the other one is useful at night)
>>35956348 Being clean shaven was stylish for 20 years before beards came back into fashion. Having a beard during that time meant you were homeless. Before that it was those fruity little mustaches, then clean shaven again, then god knows what else.
If someone wants to wear a beard without trying to turn it into some kind of statement, awesome. I'm calling you a cuck for being a mindless fashion sheep and then basing your eroding gender identity on it.
>Get in shower >piss >stand there for 5 min getting wet >get shower gel >wash chest/belly >then asscrack >face >neck >back >arms >legs >feet >shower the foam away >massage my prostate with the shower head 's water stream >occasional bonus: cum >wash dick afterwards
>Get up >Poop if i have to >Shave >Shower >Piss in shower if i didnt poop >Shampoo all hairy parts >Get dressed >Make coffee >Eat breakfast watching youtube >Do hair when it dried >Brush teeth >Get shit and go
>>35955596 Yep. >Poop before shower >Get in shower >Wet hair first (long hair), then rest of body >Wring water out of hair, rewet several times >Wash oil off of hands >Rinse face, wash face, rinse face again >Same with body, from the top down (Torso, arms, crotch, butt, hands, legs, feet, hands again >Shave after shower >Apply arm and hammer unscented natural deodorant and cologne after shaving
Been on no-poo for a long time. In the past year and a half I've only used shampoo twice, and both times were after not showering for months due to being outside. I brush my hair once a week at the most, and people still tell me it looks great all the time.
>>35955053 >put in contacts >shower >wet hair + conditioner, never any shampoo >rinse >shitty axe shower gel that gf likes the smell of >get out >get out the clinique for men face cleansing set I got for christmas >face wash >face exfoliating tonic >shave at this point >ice cold water on face for thirty seconds at least >face cream >scentless roll-on deodorant >perfume (YSL Homme/la nuit d'el homme)
Need to get a better perfume honestly, this shit don't fit me much anymore. As for the facial cleansing shit, I don't see much of a difference t b h, but it feels nice to have a bit of a more in-depth routine.
Anyone got a decent body shaver they can recommend btw?
>>35955131 I mostly just rinse my face with water. Too much soap dries me out, and most lotions make me feel greasy. I sleep on my back, keep my hair off my face and basically never touch my face. It's probably easier to find a good lotion, lol, but I have clear skin and I'm not about to try to fix something that's working for me.
>a balanced diet check >rigorous exercise check >ice pack while doing stomach crunches obvious b8 >deep pore cleanser lotion check >water activated gel cleanser check >then a honey almond body scrub just normal body scrub >exfoliating gel scrub check >herb-mint facial mask no >after shave lotion with little or no alcohol check >Then moisturizer check >then an anti-aging eye balm check >followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion. no
>black coffee >stretch and jumping jacks so i can take a shit >morning shit >weight myself >breakfast, usually either fisherman's eggs or boiled eggs >eat an apple, pear or a banana >shave face >morning cigarette >pluck brows if necessary >shower >facial cream every other day >hair cream every other day >brush and floss teeth >clothes >go
I always keep a bottle in my car and in my gym bag. My wife turned me on to it. I use peppermint I summer for dat dere cooling sensation. I run at a local park most days from spring through fall and I wash at a water spigot afterwards. Cold water plus peppermint after a hot summer trail run is absolutely based. We brought some with us on our honeymoon to Nepal; it was perfect.
>>35959361 >>35958268 Seems like I out-hipped the hipsters I had a beard in university, and everyone commented on it because no one else had a beard. Id get random people laughing and pointing in bars, peopel tell me to shave because birds look shit, and some telling me how awesome it was.
Then in my final year 'Movember' suddenly became popular and the next year everyone had beards. Now my facebook is flooded with all kinds of shitty beard pics like >>35956281, and even the people telling me how shit beards are now all have beards and look like >>35958292.
I still keep a short beard (+-1cm long), but the thought of being associated with these people makes me want to shave it all off, but I dont want to change it just because of what other people are doing. What the hell should I do?
>>35959502 I'm in the same boat. I had a beard a few years ago when nobody except old men and orthodox priests did. Then Movember became popular everyone started growing half-assed beards so I shaved mine off. I'm growing my hair out now, let's hope long haird doesn't become popular anytime soon.
>>35959563 Hahaha you're such a contrarian faggot. If you like a beard and actually think it looks good you would have kept it regardless of trend. Now you're growing out your hair but unless you live in buttfuck nowhere you're already behind on that trend too. You're just trying to be the ultimate hipster by saying you did this shit before it was cool, and then stopped because it became mainstream. Jesus Christ, if you like something, stick with it, if you stop liking it, don't, but don't be a vain little priss who changes his style because other people are trying a similar thing.
>>35959502 if you keep your beard, it is because you think people will think you cut it off because everyone has beard now, so you will keep it for other people. if you cut it off, you will cut it off because everyone else has beard and it annoys you. no matter what you do it is for them, not for you. decide what you really want, and do it breh.
What the actual fuck is wrong with all of you guys? You are all MEN. Fucking act like one. Non of that cream, lotion srcub shit. Men don't use women products. Women do. just fucking shower and wear clean clothes and that it. if you have a beard just make sure you don't look like a bum or a sand nigger and you're good.
gos these liberal hippy fags are the reason why the US is turning into some new wave liberal hippy euroshit.
Mornings: brush teeth while water's heating up the pipes for a shave. Extra soft toothbrush, replaced every three months; gentle toothpaste with novamin and fluoride. Wet shave with bowl lather. Dip razor in rubbing alcohol then hot water before I start. Once with the grain, once across the grain. I leave a goatee and mustache. Dip razor in rubbing alcohol before storing it. (This both sanitizes the razor blade and aids it in drying, keeping its edge longer.) Alum block (plus stypic pen for rare instances I cut myself), moisturizer, scentless aftershave, beard balm. Sunscreen. Non anti-perspirant deodorant.
Evening: Trim facial hair if needed (about every other week). Shower (I can't get to sleep if I feel gross from a day out). Use regular soap on body, facial cleanser on face. Every few days shampoo and conditioner. Exfoliator every two to three days. Let it finish its work (about 15 minutes) then rinse face. Moisturizer again (immediately after shower if no exfoliation today) beard oil.
Just before bed I brush teeth again, floss without rinsing mouth (gets the fluoride between the teeth), then use a stannous fluoride mouth rinse.
Shit as needed during the day. Usually happens in the afternoon a little after lunch. Gym right after work, three days a week, rinse type shower and deodorant there. Non-gym days go jogging before evening shower.
Meditate 15 minutes about an hour before bed. (mental hygiene too, right?)
>>35961864 Your cogently framed and reasoned criticism was very useful, and I will consider it carefully.
But if I may offer a rebuttal I feel is quite pertinent: you're actually an idiot.
No no anon, I'll listen if you have something to say. I've actually added most of the facial hygiene things one by one, keeping only the things I thought worked. The novamin and mouth rinse are new, but I only bought those after finding peer reviewed studies that showed their efficacy. I assume you're trying to communicate that you think something here is a waste of time and/or money, perhaps you'd deign to specify something? Are you perhaps just that much smarter than all us plebs that waste money flossing?
Turn on shower Comb my long gay hair real quick Use tweezers to keep my eyebrows from becoming a single eyebrow Get in shower Leave the bathroom door wide open because it keeps the mirror from fogging up Rub rocks on my face to scrape off the dead skin and sebaceous filaments and shit Rub bar soap with little rocks in it on my body to scrape off the other filth Shampoo gay hair Condition gay hair Shoot jets of water into my ear to chisel apart the wax dams Wash the rocks off Turn off shower Towel off while singing Scandal's The Warrior Brush teeth Brush gums Brush tongue Scrape tongue Floss Rinse with mouth wash Trim beard with big old kitchen scissors Apply unscented Arm & Hammer deodorant antiperspirant One pump of Adidas Ice Dive or Dare depending on what I'm doing that day
Take care of your mouth and use rocks. Rules ass in the long run.
afternoon shower: >poo in loo >douche asshole in shower >rinse >lather up with shower gel >shampoo every other day >exfoliant on day after shaving body part >q-tips >face cream if shampoo >deo if going out, otherwise no >shave pits 1/week >shave back 1/week >shave face 1/week >shave dick & asshole every 2 weeks
>>35962112 I'm not claiming to be smarter than you by any means. I'd just like to say that I don't do any of that shit and I feel perfectly clean and smooth and happy. Please don't reply as I don't think I want to have a conversation with you.
Morning: >Poo on loo after coffee >lower body shower (turn on while on toilet) >Use semi-harsh natural soap and brutally scrub legs and ass >Armpit scrub, nothing else, upper body untouched otherwise >Natty deodorant >Put two washclothes under armpits to soak up post-coffee sweat
Night: >Shower with washcloth and gentle organic soap (without testosterone-lowering chemicals) >Organic shampoo and conditioner and then shower cap
Armpits, ass and legs hit twice. Everything else only gently done once. Showering face or hair full-body in the morning makes me feel raw, pasty and dry
>>35959674 I work on helicopters, 27 originally from California. I definitely recommend coming to Japan, even if it's just for vacation. Safe, amazing food (Japan loves to cook other culture's dishes), and Tokyo is extremely multicultural. Walk into any Hub in Shibuya/Harajuku/Shinjuku/Shinagawa/etc. and you will meet people from all over the world.
Also, the night life here is great. I went back to Cali for a month a few months ago and forgot how the clubs and bars close at 3...bars and clubs in Tokyo stay open ALL night. They usually close once the first trains start running which is around 5:30 AM.
Drawbacks are racist old Japanese people that will scowl at you, crowded trains, and even in Tokyo you can still get a hint of that shitty Asian country smell sometimes.
morning: >brush teeth >shave >maybe take a shit if the coffee kicks in night: >check if eyebrows need plucking >trim off any wild tufts of head hair that've cropped up since my last buzz >look myself over for acne >shower >use coconut oil sugar scrub on my face twice a week >dry off >wipe the damp out of my ass with toiler paper cause it seems to make my ass not get as much of that ass smell before my next shower
Tempted to get a bidet. Think it'd make me hate shitting in public restrooms even more though.
>>35963772 >>35960818 >>35959869 Those are reading glasses so luckily I dont wear them in front of people a lot, but I never thought there was something wrong with them (though I admit I have absolutely no fashion sense). How can I find out what glasses to get? Should I go ask /fa/?
>>35955053 >wake up >wash face shave then clean with 2 anti acne washes and then a pore exfoliator >take shower and brush teeth >put on a deep sea mud mask for 15-20 minutes then wash it off >put a small amount of lotion on my hands, arms, neck, and face >put on clothes, then dab some cologne I'm ready in about 45 minutes plus another 2-3 minutes fixing my hair with this mousse/leave in conditioner
Every 5 days. Not even kidding. I did notice my white boxers going brown most of the time, but i don't think it's because i don't take showers too often (i wipe 10 to 15 times every time i shit)it's because i eat a lot of meat.
>>35955094 I watched American Psycho with the closest thing i've had to a girlfriend the first time we hung out, she thought the movie was weird and didnt like it at all. I kept regretting choosing that movie over and over as we watched it.
>>35965746 as a teenager I used to shower twice a day pretty much always, as I've become older I haven't really had any problem with body odor or oily skin anymore so there's no such a need other than when going out somewhere special or getting poon I'll try to get at least a quick shower if I feel like I have a need for it
>wake >jackoff >20-25min shower -neutrogena not-soap face bar cuz it doesnt clog my shit up on face, neck, shoulders, no-no zones, ears -american crew for hair -rub dead skin off cheeks/forehead >get out, dry off >let scalp dry and flake cuz its winter and air is dry as shit, gonna get flaky >vacuum hair for skin dust life is cruel >lotion skin under eyebrows, also get flaky as shit, and anywhere else dry skin >american crew forming cream in hair >contacts in if need be
done. if i dont shower at least an hour before i leave I will end up with crazy dandruff somewhere i cant take care of it.
>brush teeth >shower >am halfie so shampoo is only needed once a week >condition hair >shave legs, armpits, etc >wash. I prefer with a soap smell that "sticks" >rinse hair and body >cocoa butter everywhere >straighten hair >eyeliner and mascara, full makeup if going out >deodorant >perfume
>get up >dead tired >turn my pc on >make my way to the kitchen to make some coffee >add 3 scoops of sugar to it >struggle to make my way upstairs >drink coffee >browse the net >take a shower >floss >brush teeth >use mouth wash
>>35964768 thanks for reply man, sounds awesome! also ive heard about some of the older racist people, but is that against anyone from another country or darker people? because i read somewhere some that some of the people jugde you by how dark your skin is.
>>35955053 >rinse with hot water >lather up arms and neck >lather up front >lather up back >lather up ass >shove a finger in the anus for dat dere deep clean >lather up legs >rinse body >rinse head >lather head >lather face >rinse off soap completely, including inside my anus >switch to cold water to lock my pores up >shave face, armpits, pubes and if necessary my ass >lotion >leave bathroom with only a short towel around my waist >roommate tells me to go fuck myself for being naked around her
>remove clothes >get in shower >get water running room temperature >floss >brush >mouthwash >turn on hot water >bodywash >turn off water >towel off >get out of the fucking shower >shave every other day >apply clothes >get on with my fucking life
Very important note that I don't actually wash my hair regularly, since I found that at all dries out my scalp completley. Just comb it occasionally and rinse rarely to make sure that is stays healthy, clean, and that it doesn't smell like shit.
>>35956281 I shave the beard but keep the sideburns just because they make me seem less intimidating.
