1000 calorie can of beans with 2 strips of pork diced into it that probably add up to 400 calories tops. The beans were maple flavored. Fucking disgusting if you can believe it.
Started a pretty hard cut (1000kcal below basal) vegetarian-ish-whatever-they-call-fish-is-ok-thing this weekend. Most of my diet at the moment is basically a mix of spinach, broccoli and green peas. Have tuna or salmon with lunch, a sweet potato with dinner.
I'm dealing with it pretty well, some salt and pepper and a little Chalula and everything is fine. The problem is, I feel bloated as hell. I remember having a bit of this when I started taking fiber supplements last year, but this is extreme. Is it just going to take my system a week to adjust, or do I need to back off on something?

Oats with a mushed banana in it with soy milk instead of water and some blueberries and a touch of vanilla extract.
A big bowl of steamed string beans, sugar snaps and kale.

Cube of tofu, amarath(a delicious gooey grain loaded with protein) reheated frozen peas and carrots, handful of peanuts and another pear.
Big ass apple
(Was feeling lazy so it's really bland)
Blueberries, hunk of tofu with curry(so fucking good), sweet potato(also really fucking good) and a big bowl of steamed kale
chug water, low cal veggies (broccoli, celery,carrots) and a serving or two of ranch if you have to, seltzer water, strawberries, protein shake
try IF if you're getting late night cravings.. skip breakfast, small lunch/preworkout meal, then have a big dinner a few hours before bed.

i personally eat around .7g/lb.. i've tried all of them (.8,.82,1.0,1.5,etc.), the only thing that changes is the potency of flatulence.
my gains have been fine at .72g/lb

You need .82g per lb of lean body mass, not per lb of bodyweight.
That's during a cut, you can get away with .68g on a bulk.
Figure out your body's caloric needs with trial and error.
Seriously, kcal calcs are helpful, but your daily activity, body comp, and metabolism, et cetera likely varies greatly from what those calculators assume.

I've been trying this but I can get mentally sluggish in the final few hours leading up to my first meal.
You just gotta get through it senpai. It was fucking awful for me getting through mornings without breakfast but now I don't even think about it. A good way to curb hunger is to chug a fuckload of water really fast. If I feel excessively hungry in the morning I'll slam a couple 500mL water bottles.
Ive been eating only between 11am and 7pm for the last 6 weeks.
Feels great with no issues, actually felt more alert and almost wired with energy.
Hunger becomes your passenger and companion after a while, and you end up not wanting to overeat because you dont want the feeling to go away, its a feeling of control and awareness that I never had being full all the time. Its addictive.

I have been IF'ing for over 3 years now.
I don't time it or obsess about it. I just eat when I feel like it, and it's usually after 4 PM. I usually wake up between 6 and 8.
Sometimes, maybe once a week, I eat a breakfast if I feel like it, but it doesn't really affect anything. The next day I might feel a little more hungry in the morning but it's no big deal.
I can tell you that I have developed an eating disorder with IF. I am not satisfied unless I eat a 2000 kcal meal. These days I eat only once a day because of that.
I binge many times a week. I eat my regular food and then add a tub of B&J's just for the hell of it.
I also order pizzas multiple times a month.
I'm losing money and cutting seems like an impossible task atm (which I'm trying).
With my current eating habit I'm maintaining my weight of 93 kg with a bf% of 20 or so. I'd like to get ripped for summer, but I need to cure this shit.
Anyway, I'm not saying that IF'ing is bad, but with sugar addiction it can lead to problems.
To give some perspective I wanted to add this:

You literally have no idea how protein digestion works. Under no circumstances do proteins become fat or sugars. The compounds are fundamentally differemy and youre actually a retard

A high amount of protein prevents muscle loss. Still proteins become sugar and than fat. The aminogroup simply raises the amount of uric acid, but has the same caloric value for the body as sugar.

My cutting calories are 2700/day.
I had 3 cups of 1% milk for breakfast, 3/4 cup of 0% fat Greek yogurt, 1 cup of Special K protein (lol).
Lunch was 150g of chicken breast, 130g broccoli, 100g black beans, 30g brown rice.
Snack is 200g chicken breast, 1 homemade protein bar.
Dinner is 400g pork chop, cup of turnip, cup of peas.
How about 18?

For what purpose?
You have not enough fat, especialy essentials ones, if you want to cut calories cut carbs.
Also, 1850 kcal is kinda low if you train daily and if you are not dyel. Be careful.
Put some veggies in there, if you don't like to eat them consider juicing (turning them into juice, not taking sterons). Your best bet is to go with the cruciferus ones and go easy on the high carb ones considering you are cutting.
Also, you are cutting and training, where is your collagen? You know, to rebuild your tendons and not tear something.
Collagen is in gelatinous tissues, like skin, feets, ... So I suggest you take Peptan or other hydrolysed collagen if you intent to only eat fat free gelatine free meat.
Try fish too: tuna, salmon, sardines, ..... Even "fat" fish is low in calories and you need more good fat anyways. And nuts aint the good fat you need, vegetarian bros often forget that ALA does a terrible job of converting to EPA and DHA.
arfitical sweetner does have calories, they are simply (depending on the sugar) 200x stronger than normal sugar.

glucose, fructose and galactose are the 3 monosaccharides, lactose is a disaccharide of glucose and galactose, fructose and glucose is sucrose and glucose and glucose is maltose
lactose are by far the lowest GI of the 3
too much fructose can lead to fructose intolerance which means its not absorbed and simply gets passed through the intestine to ferment in the large intestine
problem is tryptophan can bind to fructose
so if fructose isn't getting absorbed then neither is the essential amino acid tryptophan
that makes no sense. sure you are more prone to diabetes if you have it running in your familie.
Yet sugar isn't the problem, your body needs it just like fat and protein. If you cut out carbs you replace them, either with proteins

fructose won't get absorbed due to using active carries, which will shut down if to much fructose is eaten, this is very unlikely as it need a bigger amount of fructose and will lead to osmotic diarrhea.
