I have no idea what the rash is on my stomach, it's been going away since i started lifting back in November, it's either a heat rash that's been there forever or just red spots, either way I hate them and want them gone..
I'm not sure if i'm going to make it, I've been maintaining instead of bulking and cutting since I'm happy with what I have right now, going to the gym 6/7 days a week, adding 5 to 10 lbs to my lifts every week, some fail others I get it up with a struggle but I lift it, /fit/ has changed my life so far for the better.

Don't have one at the moment but I started off fat, about 190 at 25% bf, gone through two bulks and cuts in that time and right now at my PRs for all lifts. Always lifted with maximum intensity, feel like puking at the end of every workout.
Honestly think I have low test because this is shit for two years, I know. I will skip the summer cut this year as I have nothing to cut down to, the last two times taught me that
