I can't sleep. Every night is the same fucking shit, I lie down and just lie there eyes wide open awake for hours. Its certainly affecting my gains. How do I sleep
Some things you could try
Melatonin 3mg 1 hour before bed
Valerian 200-400mg 1 hour before bed
And following medication only use sparingly cause the effect will wear out and you will get addicted if you use it too often, so 1 day per week maximum:
Don't use all together pick one, melatonin you van take everyday without problems. Valeria should only be taken for a few weeks at most before taking a break from it. Personally I love to take phenibut once weekly and have a great sleep that night. But gotta be careful cause the temptation to take it everyday is really strong, so only buy it if you don't get addicted easily.
Ya'll niggas work? Nothing makes it easier to sleep than working a full shift mon-fri. Also raw eggs blended with OJ or a smoothie before bed knocks me out and gives me fat morning wood.
I had the same problem,worrying every night that i won't get enough sleep,which made it even harder for me to fall asleep.
Just stop caring,and after a week you'll fall asleep easier.At least it worked for me.
Only use your room for sleep and sex. Take out the computer, tv and phone. Dont use technology for 30 mins before bedtime - wind down with a shower or read a book or get your bag/clothes ready for tomorrow

From what i heard they wear you out from being so hyper that you become tired.
I have depression so the medication i take knocks me out. I've had trouble sleeping my entire life up until the depression.
You can get it very cheap on Amazon. I get the Natrol 10mg 60 pill bottles off of there. Take it 30 minutes before bed and make sure to let it dissolve under your tongue out in your cheek for fastest results.
Its non habit forming and doesn't cause drowsiness upon reawakening, unlike opiates or stuff like Nyquil/Zquil
Computer/phone screens are what does it. The light from them tricks your brain into thinking it's daytime, so it stays in "awake" mode.
Force yourself to not look at a single screen for at least a few hours before bed time. I got myself into an awesome sleep schedule for a couple weeks by doing this. I would come home from work, do a couple of mundane chores such as taking out the trash or doing the dishes, then eat, take a shower, and go straight to bed. I would then fall asleep easily, sleep for 8 hours, and wake up at a decent time.
Could have kept it up too, but I'm addicted to my computer so temptation got to me eventually.
You should get one of these Brazilian light bulbs. Can set them to never be blue past morn.
I am having some serious problems with this
I am in Australia, we are having a massive heat wave at the moment (40 degrees Celsius) so i can only go to the gym early in the morning (5 am or so) as i have to walk
Last night i went to bed at 8pm, didn't sleep till 12 and then only for an hour, spent the next 4 hours in bed but i figured i was fucked and just got out of bed, haven't been to the gym for a week and i don't know what to do
I had adhd and took meds while in school... they lasted about 4-6 hours, but if I took it 8 hours before I slept I could not sleep. It calms your mind down from a thinking about a lot of random shit point of view, but it also puts your mind at a steady "I'm awake and ready let's do shit" pace.
Suffer from pretty annoying tinnitus myself, good thing I'm also a fast sleeper which makes it pretty funny, as I get extremely pissed off about it for five minutes or so before I just pass out.

Cutting caffeine was a major improvement to my sleep. Now that I've been several weeks off of it I don't need it to stay alert after just a few hours sleep either. I still drink decaf coffee in the morning though. And have dark chocolate, but relatively early and not in very big amounts.
Take some melatonin (needs an hour to work and you can't keep using everday as you grow a tolerance just like caffeine), block out the light, buy some blackout shades

I had insomnia for 2 months straight averaging about 3-4h of sleep a night. I hated my life and everything felt painful
I didn't want to get over the counter Stuff nor prescribed shit
So I just smoked weed for about 3 months, it was glorious to recover all that sleep
Now I don't need it anymore, had I not started smoking I'm pretty sure I would've still had sleep problem
