>trust me i'm eating enough, dude
>i eat like a hog
>i ate, like, a WHOLE pizza yesterday
>i'm just a hard-gainer
>Hey guys should I cut or bulk
She's just a girl with anorexia. They tend to have the same story, same background, very boring and uninteresting. Your average drug addict has a much more appealing back story. Anorexia is always the same formula: white girl with some minor family issue (divorce, semi strict parents, don't get along well) wants to lose weight and then gets obsessed with low cal diets and develops anorexia. Has desire to be "perfect" and have "control".
It's literally like the most generic mental condition ever, I don't know how it's so glorified in the media. They're all the same and have exactly the same feelings/experiences/compulsions/fear foods/food habits/health problems. Even when they go into recovery they all do it the same way. You can find hundreds of recovery girl instagrams with girls who all have the same story, share the same posts, and eat the same foods.
> lift for years putting all my effort in, chasing PRs
> hit a brick wall at 140 pounds, can't gain a single pound no matter what
> whatever, just try to get stronger
> few years pass
> take small test dose 250/week
> eating the same
> lifting with less passion, stopped deadlifting/squatting cause fuck it
> put on 25 pounds
> year passes
> starting dbol, eating the same
> up another 5 pounds in a week - well see what happens
JUST GOTTA EAT MORE GUYS!
>tfw recovering from past eating disorder, at a more normal weight now, eating atleast maintainance now and lifting weights
we're all gonna make it bros
He could be. 6 ft 122 lbs is a BMI of 16.5, it's underweight but not completely emaciated. There are supermodels around BMI 16 who are fully living and functional. It's not to say he shouldn't gain some weight for optimal health, but /fit/ might be giving you really warped ideas if you think that's physiologically impossibly skinny.
If you've ever been in a /fa/ weight/height thread, most of them claim to be around similar stats (or even smaller), and they're probably not all making it up. WAYWT threads would indicate it's relatively accurate. /fit/ just normalizes higher weights tbqh. Guys with perfectly normal BMIs of 22 are called skellies here, but would be considered fat on /fa/.
no way , don't fucking spook me like that you asshole
it's 100% for the attention. Look, this one even made it all the way to 4chan. If people would just shrug it off and ignore her she'd get back to normal and find something else to get attention.
The problem I have is that I wasn't lying when I said i'm the king of ectomorphs
My hands and wrists are actually smaller than most females (smaller than any girl i've been with, yeah kind of embarrassing) and i'm guessing the rest of my bones are as well
That's where i'm missing a lot of pounds from is the fact that my bones are literally tiny
fuck you faggot, some of us have problems
I know im counting my calories right, eating 2800 and still not gaining anything after 3 weeks.
some of us are just hardgainers its nothing to be made fun off, fuck you
Haha jesus a whole 2800 calories? I'm cutting at 2100 and i have to prepare like a 2 kg salad every evening so i don't starve. I could eat 4000 calories a day without even trying and if i really had to eat 6000 wouldn't be a problem either
I agree with your overarching sentiment in the post, but there are some things that don't quite add up.
>It's literally like the most generic mental condition ever, I don't know how it's so glorified in the media.
This is exactly why it is glorified in the media. Anorexia isn't exactly common, but everybody knows what it is, and every other person knows at least one person with this mental condition. The point is--it is fairly well known in the public's consciousness. That is what the media needs to send a resounding message. What would happen if the media focused on something more obscure, like histrionic personality disorder or something? The message wouldn't have such a reach.
the sad truth is that this is just as unhealthy as any Superheavyweight bodybuilder in proper contest shape.
The only real difference is the bodybuilder has a fuck ton of muscle - a tissue that is highly costly in its energy demands.
The organs, CNS, etc... all just as unhealthy. You just don't see it as the muscle is hiding their skeleton.
Yes, these bodybuilders can even die while in contest shape, at a similar rate that Anorexics do.
I just started work as a cook and went from burning around 2600 calories a day doing nothing, to 4500 calories a day working. I can literally come home and eat a whole pizza and not gain weight.
Extremely excuse me but how in the actual literal fuck does a human get anorexic without dying to death?
Without food you will absolutely fucking die off even if you drank water like crazy.
Honestly, I don't get how people keep saying "dude, a whole pizza" like idk... what else are you supposed to do? Eat half a pizza and sacrifice the other half in order to have satan grant you more gains?
I mean... A whole pizza has at most 1000kcal... like that's a lot?
>standard pizza size
No. No one eats a whole goddamn large pizza. A dominos 2 topping medium pan pizza is 140 calories per slice. That's a little over 1100 for the whole thing.
How many cm diameter we talkin'?
Guess my 1000kcal weren't that off.
Well where I live it's not that uncommon to eat those. They're cheap, not that greasy and have exact macros on them. If you go for tuna you even have a halfway decent amount of protons.
>hit a brick wall at 140lbs
>can't gain a single pound no matter what
>no matter what
Thanks Mr skeltal
My buddy works in a warehouse and was complaining about not being able to put on weight. I called him a liar when he said he eats 3000 calories a day, so I told him to wear a pedometer. Turns out he takes over 30,000 steps just at work, so his calories burned in a day is through the roof. I looked like a fool that day but I covered it up by calling him a faggot and telling him to eat more.
just like its difficult for people to work out/floss/call their mothers more/whatever the fuck.
people are weak minded and have a lot of trouble changing their routines.
Especially if it is something that even remotely makes them uncomfortable
