Attempting 65kg on Wednesday, I think I'll get blown the fuck out.
Anyone else have a disproportionate bench-OHP ratio? I bench 80kg for fuck sake and I don't know why I suck so much at it when my OHP is pretty good.

Im pretty weak. I was a super fat fuck. Got into a bad car wreck and got even more fat. Started at 290 3 months ago. I had never worked out before then. Pretty weak but I'll get there.
I can't remember which episode it was but Julian was in prison on the incline bench and was repping 2pl8 like nothing. So I assume for flat bench, Julian in his prime beefcake era can rep put up 365x5.
