Did SS for 2 months, had fuckarounditis for 8 months. Did Candito's 6 week once, Candito's Linear for 2 months, 5/3/1 for 2 months, and TM the last 6 weeks. After I finish my cut and my inzer belt gets here I'm going to do c6w again.

I'm stalling on Deadlifts.
I know this question is not really related but I make weak glutes and hams responsible for it. (Lower back rounding when going over 80%)

Will it hurt me if I substitute conventional Deadlifts for Romanian Deadlifts for like 3 months?

Don't know where to ask.

My Plan would be squatting 2 times per week followed by Heavy (6-8) and the other day light (8-12) Romanian Deadlifts.
