Pic related is mine, 10 months in. Did random shit for 3 months (wasted my time), SS for 5 months, TM for 1 month now.
Nice senpai. I'm getting back into lifting after a year of being depressed and injured. Posting this to keep myself motivated and accept the fact that I've let myself become WEAK AS FUCK and need to fix it.
Not bad desu here's me.
Did SS for 2 months, had fuckarounditis for 8 months. Did Candito's 6 week once, Candito's Linear for 2 months, 5/3/1 for 2 months, and TM the last 6 weeks. After I finish my cut and my inzer belt gets here I'm going to do c6w again.
I'm pretty sure I can squat and deadlift more than I do, but I'm being very careful with my back atm. Hopefully see some nice changes in a couple of weeks.
I also just started SS two weeks ago. How the fuck are you so unbalanced? Your stats don't even make sense.
lifting for four years (started at 14 when I joined the football team)
still bretty fat tho
1 year lifting, 9 months BFS, 3 months SS
I quit junior year so I could focus on playing video games more. Cleans always scared me and I didn't think my coach was competent enough to teach form good enough so I've just not done them since
Will be a year in March. Still struggling with my squat, but starting to make progress now. Broke my pull up record today (3x25lb weighted).
get the fuck out you don't do pullups right your deadlift is geriatric and you most likely have the facial aesthetics of sizzling roadkill i hope you get raped killed and raped in that order
Hardmode: guess my bodyweight
can deadlift and squat 3 plates but stalling on one plate benchpress, am I trex mode senpai
6 weeks of SS
come at me manlets, the gainz train ain't stalling any time soon
from the site:
> Intermediate: The lifter has been consistently training, likely for at least a year.
You're just mad my I'm making all natty gains at a good pace.
Bench and clean have the most room to grow, because I started low with bench and am taking it slow.
Cleans I just started training and have been taking 20lb jumps.
Once these two catch up to everything else (within the next 3weeks) I will be well within intermediate.
Lifting on consistently for six months and then lifting inconsistently for six months for the last two years
I'm sort of stuck on Bench, but I think it's because I'm not eating enough or counting protein macros like I used to.
I need to start taking squats more seriously.
means do more fucking chinups and curls you trex
My back is weak. I can't do many pullups where you put your elbows in your pockets. Maybe I will strengthen my back with rows.
I'm stalling on Deadlifts.
I know this question is not really related but I make weak glutes and hams responsible for it. (Lower back rounding when going over 80%)
Will it hurt me if I substitute conventional Deadlifts for Romanian Deadlifts for like 3 months?
Don't know where to ask.
My Plan would be squatting 2 times per week followed by Heavy (6-8) and the other day light (8-12) Romanian Deadlifts.
>used to only do bodyweight exercise and cardio
>get barbell and squatrack
I-I only need to press, r-right /fit/?
You should be at intermediate within 3 months, stop thinking your shit doesn't stink cause youre over 6' your arrogance is not to be saluted my friend
Progress is slow, but at least it's progress. I'm gonna bulk until it's all cyan.
>I input weird variables to fuck with the formula
>The formula failed because it's made to calculate human lifts, but I put in lifts that humans can't do
>Definitely the site's fault
>No other possible cause
Yes sir. I might throw in a 3 month cut or something to stop myself getting fat as fuck, since I'm already in danger of getting fat. I'll definitely hit 1/2/3/4 before I even consider it.
Also, why are cleans important? I don't really like 'em, but if they're vital, I can work them in.
You're not untrained if you previously lifted if you were previously untrained and took time off. "Untrained" means the kid that played WoW from 12-20 and hasn't touched athletics in their life.
