Use floor with a high typ, use to little yeast. Like 2packs instead of 3.

Make 9-10 small shits outta that.
This usually fills most people for an eternety, hence several people don't eat bread on a bulk.
Cottage cheese is your friend
Though I've learned now that since my parents want to go out and eat I have to have 400- calorie breakfasts.
>eating carbs with fats
>not carb backloading
>not training fasted
>eating less than 2000 kcal on a cut
A mountain of lettuce or green beans never killed anyone.
OK guys, I just finished my first good bilk and I need to start cutting for >aesthetics and more importantly improve my cardio.
How do I cut without wanting to kill myself?
Literally berate me and act like I'm a moron, I know nothing of cutting aside from "Don't bulk any more".
dont fucking bulk any more, just eat less
i'm struggling with this myself here's what i've found out:
drink water before eating
protons are the most satiating macro
fill with high fiber veggies
drink more water
The transition from bulking to cutting is fucking torture and where most people give up. The mental battle is exhausting and requires a lot of discipline. Expect to have to say no a lot, expect people to question you when you explain your diet and expect people to try and convince you to cheat. You have to remain strong through this.
The whole experience of cutting is a big mental exercise of you vs your urges. The urge to indulge and binge will be familiar after a bulk so it'll be doubly difficult to begin with. Just remember that it does get easier and that the rewards are high. Persistence is key.
Just posted this in another thread, but may be more fitting here
I'll give you some unsual tips I picked up on the go. Used to play pro ball at 17, had a few pro MMA fights at 20, now owning my own startup and we just got a huge A round. Here is what I collected during all this time:
> Meditate. No maybe, no eh, no why. Meditate daily.
> Do chinups/pullups on the reg, especially while cutting.
Put a bar in your doorway, do some every time you pass (grease the groove). Not just to get better at them, but you burn more fat, keep your weight in check (if you get too fat, your reps drop) and get huge lat and biceps gains. Huge lat and biceps also fill out any shirt greatly and make you look less fat.
>Need to lose weight fast?
1 solid meal a day (make it a huge ass salad with olive oil/eggs so you can get fiber) and fill out the rest with protein shakes.
>Caffeine pills instead of coffee
Way more predictable intake, you can control it easily, enable you to wake up early in the morning (set an alarm 30 mins earlier, pop a pill, go to sleep until second alarm. you'll wake up like a god). Also, no milk, butter, sugar and other shit that people put in coffee.
>Vitamin D like mad!
Especially for your acne. Take 30 000 IU minimum.
>he thinks guys in the military eat like this
OP plays too much CoD and actually believes crap like this, LOL

It's like you want to have 7 different types of cancer
Yeah, but at least I have something standing in my way to overcome
Meanwhile you're jacking off and getting angry because someone else had a problem on a Lithuanian glass blowing forum
Sure, if it's weekly make sure it's a cheat meal and eat at maintenance for the day. Or, every 2 weeks if you're strict, you can have a cheat day and eat a 500 calorie surplus. .. which is basically twice the amount you would eat on a cut day. Do not make exceptions.
>Drink as much water as you can.
>Have a warm drink like green tea/black coffee when you feel particularly hungry, it helps.
>When you do eat, make it spicy, if you can.
>Having a little bit of mustard, even by itself, can help when you're craving tastes (just put a bit on your finger, I find American mustard best, because of the very strong taste).
>Snack on rice crackers/raw veggies (like green beans).
>Don't eat bread. If you really have to, make it wholemeal. (Also I like to put Vegemite on it (yes, Ausfag), because you only need a light scraping for a strong taste (I have a serious bread weakness))
Source: Used to be a fatty-fat-fat.
ive been trying to do 1500-1600 ish a day.
3/4th cup oats and whey w/ almond milk
coffee with milk

Am I gunna make it bruhs?
I'm going to be cutting at the end of march. Is keto a meme or does it work?
Outside of special forces. Even then they're not super strong, but they definitely do deads and squats in the places where it matters. The average mil person, or even the average combat soldier, benefits more from endurance than from strength, as long as you aren't abnormally weak or a woman or something.>>35917953
345 down to 305 in 4 weeks. Deadlift has gone up from 315 for 5 to 355 for 5.
Dudes, if you can handle a protein sparring modified fast, do it. I've lost in 28 days what would have taken 2+ months on a standard cut.
In the turn of the 19th century they were experimenting with fasting for the morbidly obese. It worked phenomenally - no danger of death with proper vitamin supplementation - but people were losing tons of fat AND muscle.
They realized if you supplement a minimal amount of protein your body will spare your muscle mass for resources. Instead, you burn fat exclusively and at the fastest pace possible - any more weight lost would be skeletal muscle/organ tissue.
The gist of it is 1+ gram of protein per pound of bodyweight, a multivitamin, and 150 calories of fish oil/flaxseed oil. If you're interested, grab a copy of Lyle McDonald's Rapid Fat Loss Handbook.
The dude lays out the program for varying bodyweights. You can use this when you're morbidly obese - like I am (or was, at 6'3" I'm now just obese) - or if you're just overweight. You can even use this protocol to cut to sub 10% in half the time it would normally take you.
The best part is it stacks with all the other cutting tricks. Intermittant fasting, ECA stack, ALA, DNP, cold showers, yohimbine, you name it. I'm losing about 1.2 pounds a day - planning on adding in cold showers to get that brown-adipose tissue activation.
Damn... sounds perfect, I'll look into it more on my own. Thanks bro !
