Lifting 3 years made 0 gains for the first 2 and started seriously training and bulking since last february. My routine was pplxpplx but as the weight got heavier i switched to upper lower
i realised ive been benching all wrong last week

Technically its been 1 year since I started lifting but I had to take 6 months off when I had an accident last year so I kinda regressed. Anyways I'm back to 1pl8 bench and I can't squat or deadlift for like 4-5 more months due to injury. At least I'm not a total skeleton anymore r-right guys?
Yeah I fucked up during recovery and stopped eating right, dropped from 165 to 150. I'm back at 155 now, I don't think its that discouraging anyways tho cause at that before pic I was at like 125, 5'10
5'10, I was 120~125 at my lowest. Right now I'm at 155 or so, before the accident I was up to 165 so hopefully I'll get back to that in a month or two and the keep on bulking till I hit 200 I think
