you listed your split in a reply but could you elaborate on it? Which exercises do you perform each day?

Manlet ? i live in French, in USA i am maybe short but not here.
My split :
Bench press : 4x8 (with 2min rest)
Incline pres : 4x10 (with 2min rest)
Chest fly : 4x10 (1m30rest)
Incline pres with dumbbell
and last dropset bench for finish chest
7 min rest and go triceps
EZ triceps : 4x15 (1m30 rest)
Dips : 4x12 (1m30 rest)
Dumbbell triceps extension with 2 hands : 4x10-12
And last dropset Close Grip Bench for triceps
Tuesday : Back and triceps, i don't have machin for row so i don't can do Lat pulldown and other good exercises , so i have only pull up for width of my back
Pull up pronated grip wide grip : 4x10 (with 2 min rest)
3 min rest
Pull up supination wide grip 4x10 (with 2 min rest)
2 min rest
Rowing bar : 4x10 (1m30 rest)
Rowing dumbbel 4x10 (1m30 rest)
7 min rest and go biceps
Curl EZ : 4x15 (1m30)
Curl inclined with dumbbell : 4x10 (1m30)
Reverse Curl with EZ : 4x10 (1m30)
Preacher Curl : 4x10
and last dropset EZ curl for kill biceps
I eat maybe 3100 calories, i dont weight this, i am not nutrinazi, i try just to eat good with eggs, chicken, rice, oatmeal... i look every morning my weight, i try to have 1kg every end of the month
