What's the science behind muscle size and strength? It is not related? I often do higher weights than peers who look bigger than me and always thought they are just warming up or have a rest day.

People have different goals. Some do it for the body and then theres the autists like you who try to lift more weight and look like you havent touched weights at all while benchin 2pl8 for reps.
I just enjoy lifting and I'm laughing at guys that use roids that get upset when they see people do similar weight, don't really have anything against roids, don't get so offended hot head
There's literally nothing wrong with roids if you do it right and don't do overdoses.Why would you waste hour and hours training without viable results. It is only perceived as cheating because it requires little effort to get much better results and people assume it requires no effort at all.
It'll always be majority about how attractive you are, that's not relevant. I know quite a bit about roids from having been on this board for 5 years, and I know the signs of taking them as a seasoned lifter with natural heavy PRs and good genetics.

I bike and run everyday on top of my work out, which are mostly bodyweight and weighted bodyweight.
I only traditionally lift one day a week.

Well, the thing is, it depends on when you see some of these guys, especially if they're real bodybuilders. For example, off season I do heavy weights 2days a week and minor hypertrophy work 4 days a week. I squat 415 for 5 at 187bw, I bench 305 for 5. I'm cutting and training for a bodybuilding competition right now, so I spend all my time at weights doing relatively low weights (225-295 squats, 185-225 bench) for 10-20 reps, long sets, stretched reps, etc. for dat pump. So yeah, I'm probably bigger than you and squatting less than your 315 shaky ass just past parallel.
I've been at my gym for several years and the men I was referring to have been there awhile with me as well, I have a decent grasp on what they lift.

my max squat is 325, and I've torn my meniscus and MCL playing college football, and had to get surgery on both, so my legs are lacking. I know girls mire most places I go, I've litterally been at a party just talking to my friends and girls just comes up and pulls me to the side a starts making out with me.
