I can't have a dedicated eating schedule because of work, as my hours are always different every day, so I'm not sure how to IF.
Also, I go to gym at whenever I get the chance, even if it is only 3 times a week with SS, surely I should eat before lifting weights?
I'll add that I have gone quite a few times without eating anything for 24 hours, and once without eating or drinking a single thing, but that was before I went started lifting, I'm not sure how it'd affect my gains.

Nothing. They're more or less identical to white potatos unless you're deficient in Vit A which sweet potatos contain shitloads of. They have a bit more fibre too but otherwise more sugar, less vit c, b6, protein, potassium etc. Eat them if you like them but they aren't some kind of magical superfood.

I get these for free at work, fucking great with granola (preferably made with whey protein, not just for the protons but also keeps it from getting too soggy) or honey.

You can put it on anything, and it has health benefits.

seriously you need to try this. ive been having this combo for years and its freaking delicious. it also pairs up nicely with chicken or beef, or if you're feeling like a fat ass you can eat it with tortilla chips.

First time cocking rice, how did I do /fit/? Tasted breddy good although I couldn't finish it.
Not really, it seemed fine to me. But I've never eaten rice aside from curry before, and I didn't notice if it was crunchy. I put it in boiling water, and let it simmer for around 15-18 mins, before doing anything with the veggies and chicken, so they should have been alright.
But I'm sure it'll be better the next time I do it. I just realised that I should have kept the rest to microwave later at work.
Then it's all cool.
If you wish to microwave it later , be careful to not overcook the veggies cause they'll taste like shit after they've been reheated(especially frozen broccoli).
I make them myself, it's really not hard. This recipe is my personal favorite thus far:
I add hot sauce and jalapenos to this as well to pick it a bit. You can really add whatever flavours you want. Also, it you're feeling a bit adventurous, you can cut out the water in the recipie and it should not require refrigeration.
