What is the natty limit in terms of strength? Is it 1/2/3/4?
>>
>>35794438
No lol. 1/2/3/4 achievable natty easily at like 1.5 years lifting. Some people do it in much shorter time
>>
>>35794470
what is the natty limit for strength
>>
>>35794438
Probably something in the range of 2/3.5-4/5-6/6-7 depending on the person.
>>
A 60kg guy is equal to a 200kg guy,/ fit / 'mentality'

And they say this board isn't full of fat asses, we should vote blaha king of this shithole
>>
>>35794438
Candito's total is a good example of the natty limit. Ogus' overhead press is certainly unsurpassable without drugs unless you're a heavyweight.

You won't get near a 1550 total or 2 plate strict press for reps without being under 20% body fat unless you have god tier strength genetics or are 6'10".
>>
theres a lot of factors, one being weight classes another being height.

Lets say you want to be overall fit, abs plus powerifting plus oly plus cardio idk.

Id say youre gonna weigh about 210 pounds with abs flexed

You can run a 10k in 50 minutes

Your PL total is 1700-1900 lbs

Your Oly total is close to 700 pounds.
>>
>>35794438
what did 1/2/3/4 mean again
>>
>>35794781
>Pete Rubish mode
>attainable naturally
>>
>>35794475
It depends on genetics but its between

2/5/8/6

And

3/6/9/7

As you can see the ratios change, with a lifetime of squatting 800 pounds is attainable, while 600-700 lbs seems to be a hard limit for natural deadlifting. Ohp simply takes massive amount of time to increase to 2 or 3 plate and you will keep getting stronger but you'll be old before you get much beyond 3 plate. Mid 500's for bench is the expected natty limit, 600 would be possible with insane genetics
>>
>>35794499
Squat keeps increasing long after deadlift strength stops developing
>>
>>35794910
Cause those hams and baby cows keep growing and adding to squat leverage

the force from the descent helps you bounce out of the squat
>>
>>35794438
OHP: BW
Bench: BWx1.5
Squat: BWx2.5
Deadlift: BWx2.5

This is the top of the top results for almost natties, by almost natty I mean those we can't prove if they are or not natty but seem natty.

BW OHP is possible at higher weightclasses but easier to reach for those around 60-80 bracket.

Squat and Deadlift is close because these are estimates normally squat would be more than deadlift by 1/3xBW. Also it is possible to have a squat number almost as equal to deadlift by training vigorously.
>>
>>35794952
>squat would be more than deadlift
I'm retarded and this should be less than

No, you're just really weak bro. The mountain doesn't stop at the clouds.
>>
>>35794952

Your bench figure is way out of whack unless I'm top of the top
>>
>>35794952
I have almost all of those, but 3x bodyweight deadlift.
I'm 138 pounds at 5'8"

I'm not even close to the natty limit, I look like a skeleton pulled from someone's wardrobe
>>
>>35794952
I weigh 160 and I can OHP 140 and bench 225 and there is no way in hell I'm anywhere near a top lifter..
>>
>>35794978
All these bw estimates are useless if your short or tall because of the square cube law
>>
>>35794959
nope look at the ipf world records. they squat more than dead. I don't understand it either
>>
>>35795001
>"I weigh 160" there's your problem, this chart refers to guys a hundred pounds heavier than you lifting double your weight
>>
>>35795006
That's nonsense. Square cube law assumes that a change in height also results in a change in cross sectional area, which is not true.

Some tall men have narrow framed and some short men have wide frames.

Also the margin of difference between a 6'10" and a 5'5" man is only 25%
>>
>>35794990
138*3=414lbs=187kg at 62kg

WPF World Record for 60kg=132.5 @ Junior
WPF World Record for 67.5kg=147.5 @ Junior
WPF World Record for 60kg=275 @ Open
WPF World Record for 67.5kg=270 @ Open

Good luck with your world record attempt then.

>>35795001
Your OHP is below your BW so moot.

Bench is ~100kg @ 72.5

WPF World Record for 67.5kg=80 @ Junior
WPF World Record for 75kg=140 @ Junior
WPF World Record for 67.5kg=101 @ Open
WPF World Record for 75kg=140 @ Open

Good luck with that world record attempt.

>>
>>35795138
Like I said. Good luck with that world record attempt. Especially if you're between 20-23.
>>
>>35795165
Thanks, I'm 20

I didn't know I was anywhere near a world record, especially since I'm competing with guys who are 5 feet tall and weigh the same
>>
>>35794736
>60kg
>male
Pick one manlet
>>
>>35794894

I was applying a decade of lifting to my guesstimates. Im already almost there at 5yrs minus the abs of-course.

These last 2 yrs my lifts only go up about 15 pounds so after 5 more years 75 each lift should put me in those ranges.
>>
>>35794952
nigga what kind of low standards are those? those numbers are certainly achievable natty ....
>>
>>35794781
You have almost a 1700?
Fucking bullshit, what are your lifts?

>OHPing 3 plates as a natty

You don't lift, do you?
>>
>>35794438
whats the 1? OHP?
>>
>>35796777
Yes. Nice trips.
>>
>>35794499
Yeah. This s probably the natty limit for someone with fortunate genes and with years of training
>>
I'd say if under 5'10" it'd be roughly

2/3.5-4/5-6/6-7

If you are 5'10" to 6'2" maybe add 200lbs to the total, but lanklets will have a hard time matching anyone 5'10" to 6'2" due to poor leverages
>>
>>35794773
I bench more then two plate for reps and I'm natty.. Granted I'm 6'5" and about 250lbs... I could stand to lose 25-30lbs
>>
>>35796827
Notice i said 'strict *press', as in overhead press
>>
>>35794898
>benchpressing 6plate
>natty

Honestly I'd be surprised if more than a handful of everyone on /fit/ could bench more than 3 plate natty, much less fucking 6 plate
>>
>>35795189
That form is so dumpster please squat alittle more and explode at the bottom. You could be 30+ heavier.
>>
>>35794952
Bro, I got to this after a year of lifting
>>
>>35794990
You're small as shit bro... Only reason you can lift "heavy" is because you're basically a car jack
>>
>>35794898
The fuck are those ohp to bench ratios?
I have a friend that strict presses 225 and benches 300, and another friend that strict presses 285 and benches 405.
Just because a lot of powerlifters ignore their ohp training doesn't mean everyone has bad overhead strength.
>>
>>35796754

I am 515/455/545 at 230 pounds 6yrs lifting.

I am guessing in 4-5 years i will hit 1700. I dont see a reason for me to stall except a serious injury but my routine prevents that basically.
>>
>>35796959

If it interest you guys my progress was like this

day 0
275/115/245

1 year mark
315/155/315

>>
>>35794952
Lol try again with higher numbers.

No one on /fit/ lifts, it's confirmed.

It's like you all hit a plateau once and decided that if you couldn't hit a weight, no one could. Then you started chalking everything up to steroids.
>>
>>35797042
how many times could you rep 315 at 405 bench?

and how many times can you rep 405 for squat right now/ how many times can you pull 405 on deads.
>>
>>35794438
Skeleton-mode rowers and runners can do 1/2/3/4.

I went to a shitty D3 school with tough academics and arguably the world's worst football team, and there was a guy who could squat over 4 plates, so if we assume he's natty (a safe assumption given the level he played at) then that's probably getting close. Wish I could remember the other lifting records, but there were guys doing in the neighborhood of 30 pull-ups in a go and 70 dips.

I seriously doubt they were roiding.
>>
>>35797308

When i hit 405 bench i could do 315 for about 20 reps(touch and go sometimes ass left bench) but usually stuck to 5x8.

I can only do 405 for 2 reps now and 455 is 1 ugly rep.

Man I want that 4 pl8 bench. At 335 now. Did you follow a specific program to get there? I'm assuming you're natty, otherwise no point in talking numbers.
>>
>>35797502

If you got to 335 then youre on track for 4plate. Dont sweat it.

No specific program I just lift every day.
>>
>>35794438
no you dumbass.. I'm natural and i've hit 280 for 5 on shouler press 410 for 4.5 on bench and 545 for 4 on squat.... according to the bod pod bodyfat analyser im 257 at 18.7 percent bodyfat

Damn that bench blows. You literally gotta do a rep to unrack it.

I admire you posting vids. Ill record myself tomorrow and maybe this thread will be alive still.
>>
>>35797554

The thread is "what is natty limit", not what is the best lifts I can get being a twink manlet at 160 pounds.

He can easily cut 20-30 pounds and keep his singles.
>>
>>35794827

/Fraud/ pls go.
>>
>>35794470
This. I did that in a year and I'm an idiot that lost full on dedication half way through. That said I do feel like I hit a plateau there. It's been dark times for a couple years since then /fit/, but I'm getting back into it.
>>
>>35797637
If you're young and starting from dyel level of strength, it's entirely possible from experience. Hell I gained a bunch of strength.
